I went to this restaurant as part of a food tour. It's on the east side of 6th street and I think it was one of the nicest restaurants in that area. The staff was very professional with our tour group. We had delicious cocktails and empanadas. I wished we could have stayed for more food!

This place is the best. I love everything on the menu. The Spinach Salad is filling and delicious. The Proscuitto Sandwich has just the right amount of crunch on the bread yet soft. The flavor of the ham and the cheese is so comforting that I am tempted to order it every time. They also know how to do French... More

Looking for something different, we found this spot on TripAdvisor. Wonderful Argentinian cuisine. Empanadas (spinach, suave beef, and tuna) were fantastic. Shepard's pie and the breaded steak/ham with sides of cauliflower and polenta were delicious. Streaks were cooked to perfection and oh so tender. The deserts were heavenly including the chocolate creme brûlée. Nice choice of craft beers and South... More

This restaurant is busy so plan accordingly! The staff are very friendly and helpful with the menu. Our waiter was very attentive to our table. A perfect place to experience east Austin.

My husband and I decided to try this restaurant for the first time. I've been to Buenos Aires and I love Argentinian food, so we were excited to go. The ambience of the restaurant was lovely, and the service was very good. However we were disappointed in most of the food. I had the parrillada for one and my meat... More

This place is incredible. I used to live in Argentina, and this restaurant does it right. Best meal I've had outside Argentina. Get the parilla plate!

We were in the area looking for a specific food truck but it was no longer there. Having already paid for parking, we were now searching for somewhere to eat. So many choices! We were walking past the restaurant & saw the words "Tapas & Empanadas". That's all we needed to see & we were hooked :) We were seated... More

What a great way to spend a Saturday lunch when you're in Austin, Texas. We started with their house-made sangria which is amazing - great flavor with full effects! The empanadas are savory with a variety of selections for every taste: CARNE PICANTE - Spicy ground beef, green onions, raisins, hard-boiled egg, green olives, herbs and spices CARNE SUAVE -... This is my go to restaurant for work lunches. The spinach salad is delicious and filling and paired with a flaky, crisp, savory empanada - it is just the thing. Meat and desert lovers will not go hungry either - with a lightly breaded milanesa and alfajores that melt in your mouth.

Like pretty much any resto in Buenos Aires - this place is an interesting mix of meat products and italian food - all of it executed BA-style. None of it is mind-blowing, but it is all very very good, and for those of you who are feeling slightly homesick for Argentinian food, this is the place to go. And yes,... More
