Cookers has been a staple of Arlington for BBQ. Tonight friends and I had dinner there for one of their birthdays. Our group of 20 were seated immediately. The wait staff was very attentive during the entire 4 hours we were there. Many of us ordered different plates and all of us loved everything we ordered. I had the pulled... More

Checked out the BBQ joints in the area and decided on this place based on ratings I read. the staff was slow to seat me, but when I got to the table my order was taken fairly quickly. I ordered the all-you-can-eat BBQ plate for $18.99. A little on the high side but a pretty good meal. I tried sliced... More

This restaurant is worth the drive if you are looking for excellent BBQ. The decor is vintage Coca-Cola theme throughout. I've never had to wait long for a table and the service is top-notch. My favorite menu item is their hot-link sandwich...loaded with flavor. I also love the way they make their french fries. All at very reasonable prices.

Passed this place on a Friday night and decided to stop with the family. We were seated right away. Brisket and ribs were delicious and came out fairly quickly veggies were good too. My only complaint was the fries were too salty. Prices were great for the quantity of food that you receive.

Laid back casual dining restaurant with the best fried okra I have ever eaten. Their okra is fried in a crispy coating unlike any I have tried before. If anyone truly loves fried okra, it is a hit or miss with the eateries. Sometimes the okra is stringy, greasy or undercooked, Cokers' okra was fried to perfection. I also had... More

This shop serves up first-rate Texas BBQ and tasty sides. Unless you like it fatty, avoid the chopped brisket. The original sauce is excellent.

The BBQ is always spot-on. The sides are really good, especially those baked beans. And don't forget their cobblers! My favorite is the pecan cobbler - their cobbler version of pecan pie.

Was in Arlington for a business trip. The business we were training through took us for lunch during training one day. We were not disappointed, we were not sure how we would like it because we are from Lexington NC (the bbq capital of the world) let me say it was extremely good. We really enjoyed the bbq. We now... I ordered the sliced brisket and it was delightful! It had the perfect smokey flavor to seasoning flare ratio and it literally fell apart using a fork. Price is great and you get so much food with the 1/2 pound of brisket platter. The loaded baked potato was enormous as well! I definitely will be going back and bringing friends... More

To say the least people that love BBQ can be passionate but I am not one of those. Decided to opt out of Pizza or Mexican and decided to try BBQ with friends. We were greeted and seated quickly and server was there promptly to take our drink orders. WE ordered a variety of foods for me a three meet... More
