Always a good place to eat! We split the chicken quesadilla and it was plenty for two and very delicious. They have a wonderful salsa. All the wait staff was friendly. Lots of room. Decor includes a ceiling full of hubcaps. A bit pricey compared to other Mexican restaurants.

We love this Chuy's. The food is great, the staff is great, great place for lunch or dinner. Conveniently located close to shopping.

We like going to Chuy's when we want Mexican or Tex-Mex food. Don't always go there, as it's typically on a Friday or Saturday and Chuy's is ALWAYS slammed - even before 6 pm. They have tried to expand by creating a covered / heated outdoor area, which helps a small bit. Food has always been good along with service,... More

We went to Chuy's last Tuesday night for dinner. There was a 20 minute wait but it was well worth it. The staff was friendly and efficient. The size of portions were huge and the prices were more than appropriate. I wish that I could find a restaurant that was run this well in Santa Fe were I live!!

** "Average" rating only reflects the gluten free menu** Before having to eat gluten free, Chuy's was my favorite place on the planet. They have great food and the happy hour is awesome. Several years ago, they told me nothing there was gluten free. I was devastated and had to endure several stages of grief due to the loss of... More

After watching our boys play football at Cowboys AT&T stadium we headed over to Chuys. We had 16 and they were able to seat us quickly outside because if there heaters. It wasn't too cold but they only had 1 heater working, so we had to still keep our jackets on. Food and service was good. Be aware some specials... More

We have been a fan of Chuy's for years and even stuck with them after they eliminated their fabulous Green Chili Stew. Our last visit was on Halloween around 2pm. We always sit in the bar area and our waiter turned out to be the bartender. The restaurant was not busy but our service was terrible. My husband ordered the... More

When I travel for work I usually just find a restaurant close to my hotel for dinner as my travel days can be long. I have not been in a Chuy's in a long time. But this was right by my hotel. What a fun place. So colorful and bright. And the staff were all so very friendly! Made traveling... More

Sat outside for lunch on a Saturday. Nice shaded area with a wind block. Clean. The girl who was supposed to serve us was way slow in getting to us. Another guy stop to help us and it created a little confusion in who was taking care of us. No big deal though and I'm sure it was just a... More

Chuys is known for just being a fun place to eat mexican food. The decor is kitsch, the service is attentive, they have a good bar, a good patio and good mexican food. They can also accommodate most food preferences. While it is not the best mexican food out there, it is a fun place that usually has something for... More
