This place used to be a Grandys. The decor has not changed and looks like it did in the 80's. I was a little taken bacjpk when I first went in but was greeted by a very friendly waitress. You sit wherever you'd like, just choose a table. The menu for breakfast is very large especially the omelets many choices.... More

Had eaten there for years. They have a lot of different omelettes. Some good lunch meals too. Home fries were the best. Place has always been a bit dirty, I have told them this too. Went there two Sundays ago, home fries were horrible. Last visit there on a Sunday I sat and waited over 50 minutes to get my... More

Small town feel, come in and find an available table! Great service, delicious food! A great local place to experience Texas! We loooooved the Biscuit Debris, California Garbage, made from scratch raisin bread (If you're not normally a fan, i dare you to try it!) and French toast with their white bread! If you've been to Sill's Café in Utah... More

You'll love Rise and Shine! Their omelettes are DELISH, and they can make most anything you can dream up! The staff is very friendly. It's usually abuzz with "regulars" who know that the food is good. We recommend the biscuits and gravy.....yummmm! For breakfast this is a great choice!

You walk in and have to wait to be told that you can sit anywhere you want. No one to greet you and or let you know. My first time there and I'm suppose to know that? The servers were great once we were told we could sit anywhere. Breakfast was plentiful and OK. You could tell it was cook... More

A little hole in the wall type breakfast place. Food and service were good, prices were very reasonable. I had a veggie omelet that was delicious. The home made raisin bread was good too. Good value for the price.

Finally, a place that doesn't make sweet pancakes. Short stack of 2 is huge. One would have been perfect. OJ was good & coffee was not. Not a very nice area of town or restaurant. Very grubby place. Bathrooms are disgusting!!!

If you like off the beaten path breakfast dives... This is for you. It's where the locals go… Where everyone knows your name. I live in the neighborhood and frequent this little joint once a month or so. The waitresses are friendly. The food is on point… Pancakes are fluffy and the eggs are cooked just perfect. And if you... More

If you want great homestyle food with super large portions, this is the place to go. Their hash brown potatoes are wonderful. They make their own raisin bread and biscuits which are the best.
