The fajitas were GREAT! The kids meals were fine. Love the pineapple in the fruit! I just felt it was super expensive for what it is.

I've been hear twice and both times I've had the steak fajita. So I can't say I have a wide knowledge of their menu but I REALLY like this dish. I've also had their Tres Amigos margarita which is quite nice, not to sweet which is a common problem with these drinks. However, service could be a bit better. They... More

There are two reasons that I will not be venturing back to Uncle Julio's...the service and the price. Our waiter ignored us for 9 minutes before finally bringing us menus and taking our drink order. I say ignoring because he served chip refills to the four tables surrounding us before even acknowledging our presence. It's hard to rally and settle... More

I had a half order of the steak fajita nachos...which were ok. My steak was chewy, so it was hard to take just a bite without losing my toppings. I've had better nachos elsewhere, but the fresh strawberry margaritas were excellent.

Not as authentic Mexican as I usually like, but very good TexMex. The Laredo is a fairly amazing dish and definitely worth the steep price. The meal is more food than most can finish in one sitting so go sparingly on appetizers. Good luck with having room for desert. The salsa has a wonderful smoke flavor for the tasty but... More

Food quality and choices were good. Prices are incredibly high for average Tex-Mex. We waited 50 minutes for a table and when we did get one it was a booth that did not allow much room from seat back to table edge we all felt cramped in our seats. As we were seated several booths became empty around us and... More

I had business to attend to in McKinney and decided to go into the restaurant at 9:30pm because it is advertised to stay open until 10:00pm. We were promptly seated and there were at least 10 other tables still being served. After 15 minutes and no one coming to take our drink order, I went and advised the manager that... More

Seated at a dirty booth with a sticky tabletop. 4 sets of tableware nicely presented in a napkin pocket. 3 sets had food stuck to them. Received new tableware, 2 sets were crusted with food. Meal was ample but bland, tasteless. 4 margaritas almost $50. Total bill for 3 meals NO appetizers $96. $50 margaritas tasted alright but couldn't overcome... More

Good place for quick bite and get together with people. Plenty parking and staff was good Try to get in early as location causes crowds toward early evening.
