Stopped in for lunch. Service was excellent and the food matched. Fried fish was fresh, well prepared and hot. Sides were delicious. Also, had an order of nachos. Great. Will go back!

I visited the Skeets location in Snyder on Monday and had the opportunity to visit the Skeets in Abilene on Wednesday. I got the same meal and it was awesome! T travel the state for work and eat a lot of places and this is by far the best chicken fried steak I have ever eaten. Wait staff at both... More
Service was great, short wait at noon, but taken care of right away when seated. Lots of choices from steaks to Mexican food. Catfish was very good as was the chicken strips. Prices middle of the road ,no senior or military discount.
Nice casual place for a sandwich or burger. We had the Sante Fe burger and it was good. This place is not a stand alone, but is next to other shops, etc.
While out shopping we wanted something quick and easy but still wanted to go and sit down to eat. I have eaten at the Skeet's in Merkel and Sweetwater and always had good food and service. I prefer the fish combo or the mushroom Swiss burger, right up my alley. Good Stuff
We decided to try Skeet's on our recent visit to Abilene. We were not disappointed with the food nor the service. Our server, Brianna, was most friendly and the meals were served in a timely manner. It was a great place to eat!
