Good breakfast. No frills just good clean food. Good muffins. Prices very fair. Lunch good hamburger. Fries were tasty but Costco quality. Still a decent value.

Friendly, homey, good fresh food, very good service and just off the highway - what more could you want? This really a locals favorite and it does do the business. Everything about it is good.
Is a bit run down, the back area of the bar is really run down but it attracts a lot of people, the entertainment does make it fun. The food is OK, I had fish and chips, it was good, my dessert was to be apple pie but they substituted some other fruit without telling me, that was really disappointing... More
Wild Goose is up near the highway overpass, out of the way of the downtown theatre, crunchy granola Ashland scene. This is one stop we would not miss because this is where the residents of Ashland come for dinner, not the tourists so much. Why? Because the food is fresh, well prepared, wholesome and not trendy. Cozy booths, a few... More

We found this place totally by chance, just needing to find a place for gas. But we saw how many people were inside, so we decided to have lunch there. The portions were big and everything was tasty. Also the server was nice.
Has dinner like food. Had breakfast here. Nothing out of the ordinary but adequate. Large portions. Couldn't finish everything.
The decor is what you would expect from an old cafe. The food was nice. The service was quick. The five stars? That was for the homemade cookie. Not everybody's Mama can make a cookie like that. I had the pecan chocolate chip.
We stayed in a hotel opposite to Wild Goose, therefore walking distance was a great advantage. But the food was nice - they have standard menu + quite large special of the day, that was fresh and tasty - both fish and meat.
