Always the same food for the last 4 years. Rude workers. Too many dead heads. I didn't like the organic nothing they have.

My husband and I love Milagro's, and we're from Ashland. They have great toppings (many salsas, tofu veggie stir fry, for example) and their ingredients are stated to be high-quality, with many organic. Some people we know have said the burritos don't have much flavor - I have no idea what they are talking about (I am a flavor-hound, I... More

While in Ashland for a couple days, we happened by this restaurant at lunch time. It is bare bones, friendly service and mostly good food. I had a vegetarian dish which was well prepared and tasty. My husband ordered 3 tacos, 2 beef and 1 chicken. The chicken was delicious, but the beef was stringy and tough. A better quality... More

Very much like Chipotle. Which I love. The cubed steak, though. Quite tough. Waste of meat. Please purchase a more tender cut or marinate overnight. Also, don't be so stingy with the rice. Otherwise, the food is tasty, fresh and well priced.

The miracle was that I was hoping for vegan food and found it on our first try. Very good vegan food. This is the kind of restaurant where you walk along and choose what goes in your meal. I chose a burrito with a whole wheat tortilla, brown rice, black beans, tofu in a mild spicy sauce, cilantro, sauteed peppers... More

While driving from California to Portland we wanted lunch in Ashland. This place was really good. Compares with chipotle but much friendlier service.

Had a good meal here - very fresh and flavorful. But very much a chipotle clone down to the menu board layout. They have a few local twists like carrots and Anaheim chiles in the sautéed vegetables - nice addition! Some of the meat choices did not look very appetizing and the burrito bar layout was awkward and not conducive... More

The food is very good...I'd call it Gourmet Mexican. Not as inexpensive as most! They also have a good selection of wine.

I think I must eat here 5 times per week. It's inexpensive, always fresh, and . . . I just look forward to it! The owner and workers are wonderful and dedicated to the place, making it ever better. It is like a Chipolte, but it's local and, dare I say, better!

This restaurant is set up much like Chipotle is. However, their food isn't as good as Chipotle. It offers a pretty healthy alternative to traditional Mexican food, and it's definitely 100 times better than Señor Sam's. But I can't say it would be my first choice next time I'm in Ashland.
