Big Al's is not a real "Drive-in" but they serve good food that does not charge tourist trap prices like most places in Ashland.

This place looks cute and the service is friendly, but the food lags behind what one expects in Ashland nowadays. A 1950s diner decor is great, but not when the sandwiches are 1950s in quality.
Big Al's was immediately across the street from Abigail's B&B so we stopped for a quick bite before walking to the theater. Mostly hamburgers and tacos. Food was individually prepared and very good.
