We stopped by Mix at the end or our weekend of theater going to bring home some of the outstanding freshly baked breads and muffins. My wife is a baker and she was very impressed with the unseeded Country Loaf. The Morning Buns were also fabulous.

I found this place online way before visiting Ashland. I was excited to go to a place that made coffee, baked goods, and bread. When my wife and I visited the first time we loved it. The coffee is awesome and the Hazelnut Tart was even better. The next day we decided to visit again before leaving town. I wanted... More

Fresh baked pastries and great coffee and chai make this a must stop in Ashland. Friendly staff and nice downstairs seating give way to a meeting place for many.

Don't let the convenient location on the plaza fool you--Mix is a local favorite for its excellent pastries and coffee. Breakfast pastries are especially good. Their fresh bread is also the best in town, and I say that as someone who has lived in Europe and is rarely impressed by bread in the US.

The production is a little slow, but they know how to make an espresso. It's Stumptown Coffee from Portland. This is absolutely the best coffee in Ashland. Love their baguettes and scones too. They have sandwiches made from the baguettes that remind me of France. I live in Ashland and go there regularly- Like three times a week minimum.

This is a cool, small bakery in Ashland, Oregon. Very nice to ride your bike from Medford during the hot summer months and get some fresh ice cream or gelato. They have other sweets of course. They also have coffee and espressos. The staff is super friendly. Only downside is seating can be a bit tight, but it is worth... More

This was one of the most sumptuous bakeries I have been to in a long time. I felt like I was in Europe with the French baguette sandwiches they served. The almond croissant was light and flaky with just enough almond paste filing inside. The sandwiches were delicious. We had the fennel, salami, pickled onion focaccia. Also the hummus, cucumber... Great coffee--Stumptown. Great machine. Pro baristas. Excellent in house made ice cream. Deserts and baked goods made on the spot.

A gem of a bakery. Different types of Croissants, muffins and other tasty morning morsels. As good as anything I've had in Europe or any US city. The only disappointment is their coffee is mediocre.

I am always searching for really authentic French croissants( in the US I seem to only find rolls shaped like croissants) as I grew up in a French household. Mix has it right. The croissants are the best I have found in the USA, bar none. Really flakey crust as it should be. Then I also tried Mix's homemade ice... More
