Whenever i get this strong longing for Japanese food, my go to place is Kimono Ken in Tomas Morato, Quezon City. I love their seafood Ramen and their makis. A friend of mine had Kani Salad and she wished that it had mangoes in it. So pleaseeeee pleaseeeee, Kimono Ken, consider having ripe mangoes in your Kani salad. I also... More

I had a great meal in this Jap resto. I liked their Spicy Maguro (tuna with salmon roe) sushi, that I ordered two! Coffee is just right. Miso ramen is also good to try. Their salmon and tuna sashimi is just about average. Overall, our lunch was a pleasant one. And it's affordable! I was surprised their prices are low.

It's the best casual Japanese restaurant Ive tried. Food is served fast and the consistency of taste and flavor is there. The only thing I wish they would improve on though is their ramen which (well, it's not really a ramen house) is mediocre.

I highly recommended the green tea ice cream and kani tempura. Yum! My fave at Kimono ken. We also had our usual order kani salad, salmon sashimi, prawn tempura, kani tempura, beef gyudon, bacon asparagus, yaki tori, californian maki, green tea jelly and plain green tea ice cream. As for food quality, it's very consistent. Thumbs up! Servers are attentive... More

What I like about this restaurant is that it is consistent all throughout. Whether its taste or service, there are no unpleasant surprises. The food is good, sashimi and sushi are fresh, serving time is 10-15 minutes. I visit Kimono Ken at least twice a month and I never had any complaints.

I love their Matcha ice cream, downside was- the crew didn't bother offering us the complimentary hot tea (I love Jap and Chi restaus because of the free teas). Nevertheless I love their katsu with Jap rice. Price- reasonable and servings- generous.

Saturday brunch with a friend at Rockwell Business Center, and Kimono Ken made for a good stop. The place filled up easy, so we were fortunate to have arrived early. Drinks- try the Kimono Ken special. Refreshing fruity mix: I could detect mangoes, oranges and another elusive fruit taste. The grape shake was also refreshing, albeit on the sweet side.... More

Extensive menu, good tasting japanese fod. Very good service, limited parking, accessible for wheelchair but with slight difficulty, (2 steps to dining area and no ramp but staff is willing to carry client in wheelchair), all major credit cards accepted.

We usually eat out every weekend and we go here maybe 3 times a month. Place is nice and well kept, staff are very friendly and accomodating (it's assuring to know that a manager is usually present during service), food portions are perfect, price is reasonable, sashimi is always fresh, dishes are well executed and uncomparable to other fast casual...
