Brought here by a niece, I was pleasantly surprised, even though I am of a certain age, the atmosphere was fantastic, the music great [and loud]. 10 out of 10 almost every time! I rate their tomahawk steak as the best tasting and best value in KL, both the BSC outlet and Wip on the park in KL. Awesome food great beers and great service. Well run and operated for years.

Today I was informed that my FULLL BOTTLE of whiskey unable to claim back just because i didn't visit back the place during MCO, EMCO and CMCO. I bought the bottles on February, how can i visit the outlet when i was in my hometown....Even outlet manager said he sent message, but i didn't received. but if the customer never reply, your outlet wont call customer ????? Now, U EARN the entire BOTTLE of WHISKEY. Please be careful when purchased the bottle in WIP during this COVID 19 time.More

Been here few times. Always packed at night and weekends. From my experience this is a good place for drinks / cocktails only. Food wise its really really average only.

Everything about this restaurant is top notch. Currently during cMCO they are following strict SOPs as well as ensuring customers feel safe by providing hand sanitiser and sanitising tables/chairs immediately once customers leave as well as giving cutlery in completely sanitized boxes. The deep fried...chicken wings are amazing and I would highly recommend them along with the popcorn chicken. The mojitos are lush and a great price during happy hour! The longan mojito in particular is one to try. Lastly, the servers make you feel very welcome while you are there. They are all so friendly and attentive. It is too easy to spend an entire afternoon into the evening there with the fantastic service, delicious food (and so many options!), as well as the well crafted cocktails.More

It's been sometime since I visited WIP, and while deciding where to eat, my daughter suggested WIP. She said mom, it's been some time since we visited WIP, why not go there since we are in Bangsar Shopping Centre. My favourite food will be usual...Char keow Teow, however I decided to order pizza. We ordered Hawaiian pizza, thin crust. It's was so good. The food standard is still good and I was glad we went there. As usual the staff are friendly, the music and the ambience is nice and it will definitely tell you to go back there again.More

I have been a customer of this outlet for so many years, I think since they started their business as " Work in Progress" during Bangsar Shopping Centre went thru it's first major uplift in 2009. I have been a regular guest since then and...now my children also enjoy WIP as much as I do, not easy to keep teenage kids happy!. I enjoyed having my dinner and drinks a WIP due to few reasons, (1) the choice of Asian & Western menu, good Indian and local food too, easy place to bring friends or business colleagues who are visiting KL (2) friendly and prompt service, you don't have to wait too long even when they are busy (3) their choice of seating options, for large or small group, family or couples seating and (4) their interest to come up with new menu items to keep customers like me, enjoy something new and very accommodating to vegetarian options over and above their standard vegetarian choices. Drinks - full bar and must try their signature Mojito. Kudos to the management team of WIP for keeping customers like me a loyal for such a long time. 10 years to be exact!!!More
