Skillet is made for instagram. They are food for cameras by culinary make up artists who give the lesser grade of some seemingly fancy ingredient a nice makeover in the name of sensory dining. Premium ingredients come with a price tag. That's why you're paying much less than an authentic fine dining but much more than the quality given. Bread... More

Best dinner we had in KL. The menu is well priced (we went for the Set Menu), there's a really cool chocolate dessert where they use liquid nitrogen..but i won't say anymore! Waiters were lovely, very popular destination for Birthdays....the song was sung at least 5 times! Great cocktails too!

I was here recently with my girlfriend for our anniversary dinner. I have to say, the food here is superb. The service was excellent too as the servers explained each of our meal in detail. We took the 3 course meal + 1 main to share. For our appetizer, we had the morel and black chicken consomme which we thought... More

If you are into your food this restaurant is a must. We ordered the five course set menu and every course was delicious, including the Alaskan king crab with ice plant, pear and avocado cream, the lamb loin with fermented cranberries and the texture of chocolate dessert with liquid nitrogen, which was a treat full of surprises with an incredible... We ate a vegetarian menu, it was absolutely amazing! Full of surprises and beautiful taste. The desert, chocolate sphere was just incredible. Also the staff was very nice and helpful. We will remember that place for so long We deeply advise you that great restaurant.

Great food. Great service. Price on the higher side but better to pay a little more for something good than too little for something average. Place may not be fine dinning decor but the food makes up for it. Waiters were patient in explaining but not necessarily you understand them. Worth a visit for those who has not been there.... More

Skillet 164 ~ my favoured place for desserts & afternoon tea after an long business trip back in Msia. Love their creative menu, especially desserts. Recent visit was disasters ~~ cocktail poured over my guest dress, music too loud caused our group raising voice throughout conversation, Kicthen are too noisy. Worst! The portion are shrink down compare my last visit.... More

I had dinner here with my husband to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary at the end on January. The food was excellent, really nice setting, the staff were very helpful and attentive. Every dish was explained in detail when served and the background on how it was created. We both really enjoyed the experience. Reasonably priced compared to similar restaurants... More

Absolutely awful. I can't believe the service. Can you imagine they shrink the portion!!! Crappy Crappy Crappy.... overpriced. There is not an friendly atmosphere cafe. Music are too loud, open kitchen are too noisy. Really interrupted our conversations! My guess, some of the waitress are racist n purposely request us lower our voice. 🤐🤐 Worst!!! The waiter accidentally spilled drink... More

I do highly appreciate the 529 reviews being posted before mine. I had to wait 5-10 minutes after getting seated before anyone asked me for something to drink or gave me the menu. The toilets actually turned out to be located outside the restaurant. 300 MYR (60 USD) for the tasting menu and 150 MYR for the wine pairing is... More
