Went to Cielo with high expectations from our last visit in October 2019. The service is outstanding and the food is fantastic. Last time I ordered the steamed king prawns with risotto (which was a fantastic dish) so this time I wanted to try the steaks. The tenderloin was perfectly cooked according to my preference (medium) and the red wine sauce delicious.
As always, stunning view! Absolutely worth a visit. A bonus was the ability to communicate through WhatsApp in order to request and agree specific requests.

Nice environment and good customer service! Taking care of all small details - for example, they will remember to turn off the fan while serving the birthday cake to ensure the fire won’t be blow off. Pushing out the chair for customers too.

Located on the top floor of VIDA Bukit Ceylon, Cielo merges a great view of KL with wonderful food. Large part of menu is seafood based but the meats we ordered were equally good. Portion sizes however are a bit on the small side so it’s useful to order an entree before the main course. Deserts, whilst limited, were very good with special mention going to the Bombe Alaska. Service was extremely attentive with Bella explaining every item we ordered. She was well supported by Liang and Kent making the overall meal very enjoyable. Would definitely recommend. Take advantage of the complementary parking to avoid the Bukit Ceylon headache of looking for a place to park the car.

Upon reading all the recommendations, I decided to take my family to Cielo to celebrate my father's birthday. The lady who called to confirm our booking was very nice and friendly and I was very excited. When we reached, the place was really beautiful, however, the service was very very poor. The waitress was rude and did not even bother to explain what the dishes were when I asked her about some of the dishes. When she knew we were only going to order desserts, she got even ruder and asked us to sit in the other lounge. Although I mentioned it was my father's birthday, they just placed the cake on the table without even a smile. We quickly ate and left the place because what is the point of being in a beautiful place when the waiters and waitresses are rude?
I regretted celebrating my father's special day at that place!

The ambience and view was good.
Food was very average. The only good dish was the Sirloin. The Lobster Bisque is not worth the RM120++ price tag at all. The Bombe Alaska at RM42++ was not good either.
The person who call to reconfirm our reservation asked if we are celebrating any occasion and we said it is a birthday. We were asked again at the restaurant but no complimentary cake was given nor even at least a 'Happy Birthday' wish on our Bombe Alaska plate.

Dined here for a birthday celebration. Everything including the food was fine and the waiters were very attentive. However I was put off by one of the waiters telling me that I can’t take pictures with flash, after only taking like 2 pictures with flash. Plus I was seated at a corner and there were barely any other guests, so I don’t see how that bothered anyone. If there were such house rules, maybe you should state that on your website like how other fine dining restaurants do.

I went for a birthday occasion, the service were poor and food was tasteless.
1. I requested for special arrangement for birthday which was not done.
2. The lamb rack was tasteless
3. The ice cream used for the lava cake taste like nestle ice cream
4. I have pre ordered the dessert to be served as surprise but the waiter came ask whether i need dessert.
5. The waiter didn’t even know the birthday is for who, left the plate of dessert on middle of the table and left.
6. The waiter took my feedback and told will inform the captain and will get back to me, but none of them approached me thereafter.
I have never experienced such a horrible fine dining with poor taste of food. This ruined the birthday surprise planned for my wife.
Hope they will improve the service and food quality for the price they are charging.

A beautiful view, a hospitable team and culinarily “a cut above”.
Cielo doesn’t define itself as fine-dining but surely rubs shoulders with the upper dining scene of KL.
As you enter, you’ll approach the bar, beautifully set in scene with an impressive light feature. More importantly, the drinks are done properly (Dry Martini and feeling like a Bond Girl? YES PLEASE!) I highly recommend to end your evening with a digestive there.
The upper floor is a sleek yet romantic dining floor with an open kitchen. (I love seeing the chefs orchestrating their dinner service in a calm & composed manner)
This is the place to bring a special someone for a dinner treat! Will surely be back.

This restaurant, located on the 23rd floor, offers a stunning view of Kuala Lumpur. The lady at the entrance of the building was extremely thorough in checking us in by taking our temperature and phone number after we scanned the QR code. Inside, the tables are spaced apart correctly, the menu and wine list are extensive and prices are reasonable. Sadly, their main cocktail, The Birdie, was not as delicious as advertised. But that didn't take away the great meal we all had. Mr. Akmal, our waiter, made sure our drinks were filled up and that we all were comfortable.

We are still coming out of lock down in Malaysia with restaurants being open with strict social spacing in place, so not ideal however the whole experience was managed very well by the Staff from reception to the bar staff and the service staff. It’s not a cheap night out but it’s good food well prepared from a decent menu with some good wines to take with the food. Both the seafood and the steaks we had were very good and certainly enough for us to plan to come back! We had drinks down in the bar first and went upstairs for the meal which worked out well for us.

Had an amazing experience with my girlfriend. The ambience is great (could be better I believe), the food was spot on and especially the staffs are very friendly, especially two of them, Kishen and John. My girlfriend and I both ordered scallops and octopus for entree, scallops were cooked perfectly and the octopus tasted really great with the sauce. Mains were salmon and Patagonian tooth fish. Salmon tasted amazing with its fatty buttery taste and the lemon tarragon sauce, the tooth fish was okay but I feel like it’s just my own personal preference. Last but not least, dessert ordered the signature Alaska bombe. Was a great show with the flames but the flavour profile was seriously delicious with its 4 layers, each balancing one another and tasted really good.
Overall the place is really great for couples or other special occasions. Highly highly recommend for people who enjoy seafood.

Went here for my wife's birthday and thought that this establishment was high end. Was very impressed that the parking and valet was complimentary.
They even had a signage stating that no slippers, shorts and singlet would be allowed but was dismayed when I saw the family in front of me with their kids in shorts, T-shirts and slippers allowed in (And here I got my 7 year old son whining about wearing a sports jacket!)
Food was a bit salty but bearable.
Service was good until the waiter served us with a pallet cleanser and noticed that my bowl was broken (Only after almost finishing it!).
Informed the waiter on this and he did not even bother to apologize but blamed it on the kitchen crew and walked away.

We didn't expect that there'd be a restaurant with such a beautiful view in the heart of Changkat. Dinner on a Friday night at Cielo was a great way to end the week. Service was warm and welcoming by Akmal at the lobby and Bella at the restaurant, they were both chirpy and accommodating despite the restaurant being full. Bella offered to substitute the spaghetti dish for another pasta dish as it had alcohol in it. Food was beautifully cooked! We especially loved the octopus starter, the turbot and lobster. But nothing beats the view and the experience of having dinner with a cool breeze amidst the KL heat!

The food and atmosphere can be considered above average but the service provided by a tall male waiter whose name start with ‘A’ is the definition of lousy/low standard service indeed. He is responsible to take our beverage order and he shouts at us when we asked him something that is clearly not mentioned in the menu. YES, HE SHOUTED! So, I guess he is telling me to “research” about all the menus of each restaurants under Werner’s Group before stepping into any of it?
Cielo is not an ideal venue to host any kind of exclusive event as claimed in your website, thanks to him.
This is our first time and last time to visit there. We are genuinely unhappy with our dining experience. It’s pointless for paying so much to ruin our mood. Lastly, thank you so much Julie, you’re so professional and helpful.

Having a birthday celebration!
Grab a drink at the bar before dinner.
Dinner at the restaurant, taken care service by Kishen and his team were attentive.
Recommendations and knowledge in food dining experience for his guest is TOP notch.
Food and wine is great and delicious.
Had pan seared scallops, ribeye steak and Brittany blue lobster a must try, was best flavour dish.
Overall was amazing experience to be here in Cielo Sky Dining and Lounge!
