Firstly, the WiFi password didn't work. Next, the price of a pint of Asahi was listed as 38 ringgit, but when the bill came it was 42.50 without an explanation. Lastly, the cheeky swindler said he had no change, and that I had to give him 50 ringgit! This is a place that serves small items, so not having any... More

Nice place, food is average. The serve Lebanese food. Not much variety on their menu. Basic sandwiches mostly. Good shisha, burns out fast. 2 meals , 2 shishas would go around 180 ringt. Lots of beggars at night, they could bother you if you sit by the edges.

What a disappointment. I lived in Beirut for 3 years and love the food, Shisha and the atmosphere. There is non of this here. At best the food is a north American version of poor Lebanese food. They use curly parsley for their Tabulie, the fatush used wilted lettuce and the chicken shwarma was almost tasteless. The Shisha was even... More

After 20-years in the Gulf we though we may have to give up on excellent Lebanese food when we moved to Kuala Lumpur. Luckily there is Al-Amar. Grilled platter is excellent! Meats are excellently seasoned and grilled to perfection, juicy not dry!

The food is very tasty, given the cuisine. It has the finest Haloumi cheese. Both outdoor and indoor seating is there. Fine ambiance and view from the top in the outdoor seating. Loved the experience.

The food is very tasty and full of flavors...we had a salad, a mixed grill and a dessert.... a bit pricy but it was worth it. Service is good but the staff can be a bit more attentive especially as the restaurant wasn't really full. Overall a very good experience and we recommend this place to all
