Beautiful food and service in a very elegant environment. Great place for a marriage proposal. Nice place for break fast also. see the whole city and watch the Shinkin go by.

Dined in for breakfast on the last day. The restaurant turned 360 degree circularly to provide summarised view of Kyoto. Other than that, food was just average and above reasonable price, only 1 choice for breakfast as a set menu.
