I like to walk away from the typical tourist hot-spots. I stumbled across this place back in June 2015 during a hunt for lunch. I came in at a good time as there weren't many people inside, and it is a smaller restaurant. From reading...More

We loved the feel of this place and the dynamic of the chefs (father and son, maybe). We all got the ramen and fried chicken combo. The food was absolutely delicious, but we could not finish it all.......and still be expected to waddle back to...More

The ramen here has the best broth I've ever tasted and the noodles are cooked just right! The chicken is also delicious, it'll keep you wanting more!

Small place, very cosy, free pickles and small nibbles, didn't try the ramen but the fried chicken was good. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a cheap and tasty meal.

We went there after many deceptions in the Gion district, don't expect a beautiful restaurant but a generous ramen with fried chicken! It's cheap, friendly staff and good. It's no diet food but it's simple and tasty. I really recommend if you're boring of pretentious...More
