I have many friends who are big fans of this restaurant so we went and had to try. We were quite disappointed. The prices are really expensive for Chinese dim sum. 3 different kind of dim sums we wanted to order were not available. The ones we had were ok but not like wow. You can find great home made... This restaurant was a great surprise! It's chinese food in a more sophisticated way... Delicious! It was all good! You definitely must try their dumplings and eat it as the ritual suggests (ask someone to show it).

One of the several branches I use to go. Even if it is in a shopping mall The level of the food is same as the other ones. Staff is helpful. Food is always good. Maybe portions are a bit too small for a big table of 8. Best to be 4 to be able to order different kinds of... More

I recognize that I am a fan of this chain of restaurants that in my opinion are providing to locals and expats the highest quality of dim sum , If you like dumplings this is a sort of heaven , try the one with hot stock and chicken inside (beware they are served very hot) or those with black truffles,... Great restaurant with consistent levels of service and food - fried rice with pork chop is very good! Go early to avoid long queues!

I well know this restaurant chain and I'm very happy to find it also in Hangzhou. With my family we often enjoy their delicius baozi and xiaolongbao. The restaurant is not so preatty as other in Shanghai or Beijing but the service level is always very good.

The xiaolongbao here are exquisite and flavorful. It's a casual place that's usually full of people, especially because it's nestled in a mall.

This restaurant is pretty famous in Hangzhou for it's xianlongbao. While not cheap, the meal is very delicious: the skin is light and thin, the mince filling tender and moist, and the brother inside light and full of flavour. Highly recommended!! You haven't had real xiaolongbao until you've tried the ones at din tai fung.

Went here with a group on a business trip and loved the dumplings with soup inside. Bustling restaurant and fun to watch the dumplings being made while we were waiting for our table. I was surprised to find there was a location in the Lincoln Square Mall in Bellevue, Washington and will have to give it a try.
