Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Very cozy and comfy place! Plenty of couches and large chairs. The staff is very nice and friendly, you can tell that they try their best to always come up to you when needed. However it is very full in the evenings so it’s normal that they might be a bit busy.
Great choice of hookahs, and the hookah « sommelier » will always create something for your taste preferences.
However they do not have strong alcohol such as whiskeys, vodka etc...
But they do provide quite a good wine list...
All in all a fun place to relax by the water and have an enjoyable evening with friends.

Sofa and comfortable chairs are the must here, with relaxing colours and atmosphere
Located outside of the centre but in a nice area, especially if good weather allow to make a walk
Food is classical find a style
Nice for children too

I was walking trough the ile and there was a narguila in the way, unhappily I triped on it with my hand and it fell down, I tried to pick it up inmediateñly ashamed and burn my hand... I sincerelly excused with the customer and sat down to order with my friends... then they said, listen you HAVE TO PAY 2000 RUBLOS FOR THE VANILLA IN THE NARGUILLA.... and they meant it... they cgarged me and meake me strongly feel tretened...
I paid... but here you go... you should never ever do that to a customer... you need to learn a lot!

Went there with the girls for lunch. The location was great, weather was not too warm so we sat inside but can see folk playing volleyball outside. Nice views generally of the mariner. Great choice as ever for this restaurant group and the food was as ever excellent. Would come back and recommend. Staff was great too. The only negative and this is not to do with the restaurant is that I would suggest not going here on match day (unless you're there for match) as the getting there and parking situation is ridiculous.

Great place in Saint Petersburg.
We are coming each year and we have tried many Ginza restaurants. This one is one of the best, same level as Mansarda, Terassa and even Nasha Dacha.
Top things:
a) Strawberry lemonade.
b) Waiter Nikita was really great.
c) Fish and meat - top level as always in Ginza.

I have been dining here with family and friends andit was a really great experience.
Various typical food mixed with some international cuisine, but just that little needed from somebody who wouldn't like the local dishes.
All the food was very good and the place itself was pretty and confortable.
I took the Borsh(a soup with beetroth and meat) as a starter(very good) and the pelmeni(pasta stuffed with a mix of meat like goat and beef)(fantastic!!) and ended up with some blini(sort of thin pancakes with all you desire inside).
It is a great experience of russian food,so pass by for a nice evening or lunch near the water!!!

Pretty nice Ginza location on the Neva. Food is what you can expect from any Ginza location. Inside decoration is pretty comfortable, nice kids room. On the day we were there the weather was not good despite the summer. It is unfortunate because there are some outside activities like beach volleyball, batut, etc. one small detail English menu is outdated and some items there are no longer available.

Great ambience with waterfront - terrace dining. Food, as to be expected from a Ginza, was very good at reasonable prices. Service a bit spotty at times - could do better. Can recommend nonetheless.

We came with my business colleagues and I was surprised about very good quality of the food. Everything, what we have tried was good and fresh. Only point, what would be good to change is service. It is a bit too slow. If this be corrected, then the rating will be excellent!

Petrogradsky neighborhood in St. Petersburg is a charming locale that beautifully blurs the lines between past and present. Historical gems such as the Peter and Paul Fortress, the birthplace of the city, stand regally amid the neighborhood's modern amenities.
