Whether you're from Cebu or not, a familiar coffee place is always comfortable. The Terraces definitely has Starbucks as one of its coveted assets, as the place is very cozy, crowded most of the time, yet a comfort in itself in the urban zone.

Ok, The Service was great.... The Employees were very polite and the atmosphere was ok as well. But the Mocha ice coffee i had seemed water down and the same with the Green Tea Latte. They hardly had any taste at all...

Loved the service... Their fraps are the best! Comfortable place to chill out with friends.. We usually come here during December for the reason that we just liked to grab a copy of their Starbucks journal.. =)
