Cheap and Tasty!

Don't be fooled by the long lines outside Good Taste's restaurant since their service is really fast, you'll get seated in no time. The serving of their food is very hefty and it is very cheap, given its size. Also, their staff are very attentive. Ordering and getting the bill is relatively faster than in other restaurants, despite the place being always jampacked with people. They say their serving time is 30minutes but they usually serve your food faster than that. P.S. The place may come off as a bit dirty for the neat freaks so bring alcohol if you want to make sure everything is clean. ;)

Food was really great and affordable. If you’re planning to order extra rice, you better think twice because the solo serving is huge it could feed two people already. I love their chopsuey and pork lechon.

There servings are good for a big number of a family members, we used to celebrate birthdays, eat breakfast, some times lunch or dinner when our relatives used to visit here in Baguio. There buttered chicken is also to die for, especially the garlic buttered chicken which it will add spice on your taste buds. The price that you are going to pay is worth the food that will satisfy your tummy. 😄

Good Taste is one of the famous restaurant here in Baguio!We usually go in there with my family when we have an outing, family gathering and occasions. The food in there are satisfying and it's worth it. I want to recommend you my favorite food that I want you to try. The buttered chicken and sinigang 🤤 omg! I'm graving on this again. I want to go back HAHAHA If you had a family outing, why don't you try to go in there, promise! You can't regret when you go there! ✊ Visit Baguio, and eat in Good Taste Restaurant. 💜

Very Affordable Restaurant

I always come whenever I am in Baguio. Foods are delicious and large portions. I always have to take home my left over for my single order. They have large selections on the menu. Fast service and attentive staffs. Just don't come hungry during holidays because the line can be out the street. This is a very popular place for people visiting Baguio. Close to Burnham Park and the Market where you can buy all kinds of souvenirs to take home. I loved the Pancit bihon, it is a huge portion 4 people can share to one order. There's also a bakeshop inside where you can buy all kinds of goodies.

Food is terrible

We ordered 5 different dishes and my entire family didn’t like a single one! The pork in the sinigang is difficult to chew. Their sweet and sour tastes bland. I don’t understand why people are lining up here. Yes, it’s cheap but the food is terrible. Might as well buy from a carenderia if you’re on a tight budget.

We were a bit surprised when we saw the long lines to this restaurant. We were directed to the 6th floor where we were attended to almost immediately. Our order was delivered 30 minutes after - so this place is not for the hAngry :) For the food, the buttered chicken was interesting as it was not the buttered fried chicken we expected as it had a bit of sauce. Also, it tasted more like margarine instead of butter. The pinakbet was very good as well as the guinisang lechong kawali.

The receiving area is not good. The customer service is terrible, some are rude when getting our orders. It is not terrible that I brought my friends there. The food is terrible too especially the hot and spicy buttered chicken. The chicken was served like it was an old stock of yesterday. There's no freshness I can taste. The setting of the plates is terrible tho I asked the servers many times. Please treat your staff well as they will do their job well. Yung pansit ninyo ang daming vetsin.

The Good Taste Restaurant Baguio Classic

We ordered a lot of food not knowing we won’t be able to finish. Even the staff told us to move to a larger table since she told us that it won’t fit on the table we sat for the first time. For lunch, we spent around 2000 pesos for all the food we ordered and we just had the leftovers for take away for dinner. Every food that was served was good for more than 4-5 people which is really value for money. The dish that stands out to me was the pork liver. I expected too much with their Asado as it was not soft and tender for my liking. For the other dish, it was just normal for my taste that you could make it at home.

I was really looking forward to our orders as its a popular go to restaurant of either the natives or tourist, but their Chopsuey, pata, chicken garlic and some desserts did not taste good for me though. People lineup in queue and I thought that its the best in town but it kind of disappointing. Plus the staff wasn’t friendly at all, good customer service is not practiced, though the portion of their food is something better than of others.

Good Taste, indeed!

Having read that this is one of Baguio's must-try restaurants, my group decided to have dinner here on our 1st night. Upon arriving at the place, there's a long queue of customers outside. We non-hesitantly stood in line and waited for more or less an hour to get seated. The line was organized, though. BTW, this is a Saturday night, hence the big crowd. The waiting time was so worth it! We had 2 kinds of fried chicken, Pata Tim, chop suey, sweet & sour fish, and mixed pulutan (I think that's what it's called). Everything was so good! The serving was big, too. Would I recommend it despite the queue time? Yes!

Good taste have a lot of delicious food in their menu. My favorite in their menu is their buttered chicken, i also recommend it when you want to eat at good taste. Whenever you want to eat here in Baguio and you're craving for buttered chicken, good taste will satisfy you craving.

Robot Served Our Meals but Payment was "Cash Only"

I came here with five friends. We dined on the 6th floor. Our meals were served by a robot. I thought that was interesting. My meal was a bit salty. However I tried some of the pancit which was just fine. The servings are large. Mistake was ordering two sets of pancit that were just too much to eat so we had to take some of it with us back to the Airbnb. The area is very spacious. Lots of people were up there dining. However I was disappointed when time to pay I took out my debit card and was told "cash only." After being served food by a robot now I had to go back into the dark ages and find cash. I don't really carry much cash with me so I had to borrow to pay the bill which I found to be embarrassing. In this day and age when there are several people dining do we really need to search for cash to pay the bill? So if you plan to dine here ask if the floor you're on will accept debit or credit cards.

Lots of food

Affordable and fresh vegetables. I love the buttered chicken and chopsuey. I also commend the big plating and big amount of food at affordable price. The place looked big and clean. The toilet is fine with running water. Though due to lots of customers there's a queue before you can get in.

It was so disappointing because after a very long wait to get in. The food was served cold and the service is not good. The food was okay but serving it cold and looks like it was cooked earlier. I know they are jam packed but they need to retain their quality.
