hardly any locals there, so lots of tourists. They do offer seated (on the floor) dinner spaces and family spaces which we only saw when we went to pay the bill. Basic cuisine which is good, but nothing extraordinary.

Well the food is definitely average but it is so cheap that one can't really complain. Hummus was watery but the king fish was nice and so was the chicken. I wouldn't rush back but as they say ... you get what you pay for

Good location opposite the Nizwa souq. We came on Lonely Planet's recommendation. But it was pretty terrible. Grilled chicken was tepidly reheated; my meat stew thing was mostly unidentifiable gristly chunks. The humous and bread was OK. But I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

The food is not bad but it is prepared in advance and pretty commercial. The near Al-Zhuli restaurant is way much better

Service rather poor, Omani dish with chicken a disaster, my chicken tikka was acceptable and the children are very open-minded and try everything, but they felt like a pizza that evening and we let them. We have lived in 10+ countries and visited so many,...More

This restaurant is just across the main road to Nizwa Souk. Affordable price. Food needs improvement.
