We had a good time here despite some of the reviews! We didn't have anything to complain about to be honest! We had breakfast as part of our meal plan for our hotel room and it was great! I don't know why people are saying don't bother, I'm not sure what more you want?? It's a tiny island not some... More

After having waited more than 30 minutes to have our table set, we decided to leave without dinner. The staff did not even asked why we were leaving.

Beautiful white sandy beach at the front of restaurant....just gorgeous and if you are coming in from your boat you can leave your dingy right in front on the sand. The restaurant had sold out of beer on tap but cans were still available. Entree included snails, which apparently were nice, I had the crispy prawns which were ok too.... More

We had dinner here, it was an all you can eat buffet. We watched as the doors opened at 7, to a waiting crowd, who then swarmed over the food like seagulls. Quite the site. When we did get in to the food, it was pleasant enough, although at a high price but considering the location understandable.

Snacks at bar = awful. Even the chips seemed to be fried in oil older than my grandmother. Dinner was OK - enjoyed dessert especially. Had a pre-order crayfish - small, and overcooked - but enjoyed. One of the kids had fresh fish which was good. Breakfast - don't bother!!!

It's very simple. You go there to have a lobster but it's not cheap: about 65USD/pers but then you are sitting on benches, your feet in the sand just in front of one of the most amazing beach of the world...

We decided to go for lunch, the only meal they do, away from Le Meridien. By the time we got there it was raining lightly, so luckily they have some covered seating. We had ordered two lobster meals and two fish meals. The fish meals were fresh and delightful, but the lobster, half and three half what we in Australia... More

A very special meal. We selected lobster- local and very fresh, a good choice! Our meal was delicious & plentiful. Limited choice for beverages. Amazing view from the outdoor tables. Our host was very friendly and helpful. A relaxed, uique lunch experience. Note: Cash only and must book in advance.

We had lobster we booked the day before. One comment: great food! Friendly people. Nice beach, stunning view, stunning beach! Difficult to ask for more... We lobster a few more times during our stay in New Caledonia, nothing as good as this one!
