Revisited this nice little restaurant for a quick lunch after going to the 99 Speedmart Supermarket next door. Thier set lunchprice at RM7.90 is nice and tasty. It is air conditioned and old music is being played. Nyonya decor. Ordered the wan tan hor. Taste...good unlike others l tried.
Quiet cosy environment to have a good conversation. Subject to gst.More
We were taken there by relatives who knew we liked nyonya food. It is a large double shop, well decorated, with a larger than life-size rickshaw on one side, and other paintings around the walls. One has to know what dishes the chef here excels...in, as some were not as good as others. The ju-hu char, for example, was not really authentic. Unfortunately, they overcharged us with a dish that had not been served. This was not realised until late that night. But when asked the next day, they willingly returned the excess amount charged.More
This 1 1/2 storey restaurant serves very good and authentic nyonya food in a decorated environment reflecting the past. They a big range of every nyonya dish you can think of and a wonderful value for money set lunch that came with desert as well....The penang hokkien med that l tried was very unusually delicious with two big prawns. Prices are very reasonable. You can have a private function on the mezzanine floor.More
We went there last year and ordered assam fish head and they serves us Grouper fish. It was good and we eat it with sambal belacan which makes it better.
The pandan wrap chicken and fish
Cake is also good. The lady fingers goes well...with belacan.
However ,sometimes the fish are not so fresh. It depends on your luck.More
I grew up eating a lot of Nyonya food as my home was in close proximity to Penang. Hence, finding one that is really good in KL is really something to be happy about.
Nyonya Signature is no five-star fine-dining restaurant. It's no frills, basic,...casual, very typical local neighbourhood restaurant that serves value-for-money dishes. For what we pay for, we get a really good Nyonya meal and that's what it really matters.
The restaurant is 2 stories that can accommodate roughly about 14-15 tables. They serve Nyonya dishes such as curry fish, otak-otak that is really delicious. The desserts are really yummy as well.
We had a table with 7 adults and a child and the bill came to around RM100. Pretty excellent deal I would say.More
