The atmosphere was nice and quiet, located within Wisma Saberkas. The food tasted just as good as it did 9 years ago when I studied in Kuching for 4 years. Absolute favourite spot! Service was good!

Sorry to disagree with general opinion. We were on Kuoni tour of Bornio. This was our first night's dinner based on rep recommendation. We did not see any picture explanations that other reviewers talk of. We were really cramped round a small table and all the dishes came out in such a rush we had no idea what they were.... More

We slipped in here as recommended by our hotel and thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Comprehensive chinese menu incl pictures and Chinese and English descriptions. Not too much oil used for a change made the food taste really fresh. Service so quick and overall super value. They were pushing people through very smoothly and plenty of locals here which is always... More

HKNH at wisma saberkas, has been our family's all time favourite eating place for the past 11 years! We prefer the cooking here more so than the outlet at padungan. We eat here almost every week. Be it for a simple plate of plain noodles(no.1) or a full course Chinese meal etc. we love their mani chai fried with egg... More

This is perfect if you want good tasty food served all at the same time rather than waiting for dishes to come. Perfect for sharing.

I think we paid something like $54 Ringgit for five dishes of food and five drinks. The food was excellent and cheap. The service was attentive. What more could one ask for?

We had there two meals during our stay in Kuching as it was close to hotel (Limetree). Fried wontons seem to be our favourites there. Then it's crispy chicken with onion rings and onion sauce. Soup with meatballs was mediocre. Unless you're from Hong Kong, do not go for Hokkien style noodles with pork and tofu. It's a very specific... More

A good choice of Chinese dishes but on a couple of occasions my preferred option wasn't available (however I did get there late). Price is pretty reasonable too - never paid more then 17 ringits for main dish, desert and a beer.

The food we had here was pretty decent and very cheap! It's not a bad place for lunch! The staff are a bit useless and don't seem to care really but all in all it's okay! Is clean enough but tables could be cleared after guests a bit quicker!

What more could I say, their food is average, but cheap. You will always be greeted by a stack of photo taken of their food before you can order. Also, they have their signature chilli in hot oil which I would never get enough of. What is classic about this place is the few dishes that they have as their... More
