Good food with childhood taste. All the food are great. I personally like the curry fish and the fried roasted pork the most!

My all time favourite: roasted pork fried with chilli padi, assam curry fish, sambal kangkung, bayam egg soup, assam prawn... I think they are also serving the authentic dishes like vinegar pork knuckle, yam pork, yam duck, salty fish slice pork pot etc. never try because everytime will stick with the standard order, but believe to be good... More pricy... More

The host was horrible, well, maybe because the restaurant were busy but people kept on coming. Food was really good though, we ordered 6 types of food with 4 plates of rice and 3 bottles of drinking water cost more than 200 ringgit. The restaurant itself was clean and organized.

We loved this restaurant so much we visited twice. A good tip we learned is that this restaurant also accepts reservations. We would recommend all the dishes with the hearts beside it. Loved

This is another great nostalgic restaurant in Penang. They have quite a large menu, and all the dishes are very authentic local, home cooked food. The steam fish, tow yew bak, assam tumis fish, tu ka chor(vinegared trotters and the list just goes on. Food that my late mum and aunties used to cooked. Certainly brings back beautiful, nostalgic and tasty memories.... More

This restaurant was very busy and we had to wait to get a table. We gave our orders while waiting, so when we got the table the food came quickly. The food tasted wonderful and the waiter gave good recommendations on what to order. Is is worth the wait. We thought the place was so good that we had dinner... More

This is a great place in Georgetown to have delicious Chinese food in generous portions without paying much. We went at 7 pm on a week day and it was incredibly busy. It didn't help that it was pouring and we had our baby with us. But the food made it worthwhile and they had a high chair. Do not... More

The menu is huge and it was busy so I let the lady who was taking care of the outside cue (they are very busy at peak hours) to make suggestion and it was great as always. Traditional food coming in big generous portions for very reasonable money. Rice is 1 RM and herbal home made ice tea was also... More
