Sit on the Verandah and watch the world go by whilst eating some of the best tandoori chicken in the world. The brinjal is outstanding too. I have never had a disappointment in all the years I have visited the restaurant. Very friendly. Good price. The naan stays supple as you eat. They cook on charcoal which might be the... More

We stopped here yesterday and returned today, so that says it all. Fantastic service, tasty food, not to hot, but spicy enough to enjoy all dishes. We stopped both days at lunch time, and had a warm welcome, great they sold beer, which went very nicely with our salad, Samos, and other appetisers, finished each day with food from the... More

We went to this place because the other spots we had planned to visit werent open til 6pm or later. They didnt have a lot of what was on the menu but the waiter reccomended the tandori chicken and it was very good. Couldnt find a napkin in the place though.

The food was good. The portions were small and high cost considering this. You have to order rice or naan on the side of the dishes.

The restaurant enjoys an excellent situation on a corner of Penang road, with outside seating in the shade, perfect for people-watching. Whether you want a light meal or something more substantial, there is something on the menu to suit you. Dishes are freshly prepared and not too heavily spiced ( though you are asked what level of spicing you prefer).... More
