After a long day we headed there before 6pm and was turned away in a flat tone no booking can't sit full house. Don't waste your effort if you did make booking , had hungry kids in tow.

The place was empty but they would not accept our group of three people. I cannot otherwise comments except to say that the nearby Delight Seafood Restaurant was quite good as an alternative.

The restaurant is well established having been around for more than 40 years. It is famous for its freshwater prawns (fried or steamed?. Its suckling pig is also great. Prices are okay and portions are generous. Service is acceptable. This is a busy restaurant, not a romantic joint.

This was not our first visit to this restaurant. This time we were invited for a Chinese New Year and were fascinated by quality of food and outstanding service they are able to deliver even on such a busy day. The quality of food is consistent and service, supported by many temporary staff, was just as it is every time.... More

We usually go to Mun Choong restaurant but occasionally visit this brother restaurant. Unlike Mun Choong, there are no private rooms. We had the CNY "lou sang" with fruits instead of salmon, roast baby pig, shrimp salad dish, eight precious duck and flat rice noodles with meat and bitter melon. All were good to very good. Public usually does a... More

We ordered in advance the dishes for the birthday dinner. So when we were ready to start the food came in a short while and the dish is followed each other in a nice tempo. Not too fast and not too slow. The food was very good as usual. Our table waitress served the drinks we brought and was there... More

We had lunch on 31 Dec, 13 pax. Booked table and ordered 3 days ago. Had my wedding dinner here 1 years ago and the food is still as great as then. We ordered the usual. One new thing we learned - order plain bee hoon noodle and have it mop up the sauce from the prawn dishes. It is... More

Fresh seafood and affordable prices. Place was pretty crowded and hence noisy but expected at any standard Chinese restaurant. Definitely worth a trip!

The signature prawns was excellent; as was the tou fu with meat stuffing dish. The place is busy. Caters for larger groups, so not many small tables. Recommended
