Cozy pub with fantastic atmosphere, good music, sports screens, good selection of beer and solid (though not mind-blowing) food. Recommend for those who would like to go for a couple of drinks - you will not be dissapointed.

This is the best place to have a drink in kota bharu. Reasonable prices with friendly staff. However they only serve beer and ciders, no wines or hard liquor.

Good choices of draught beers and other non-alcoholic drinks. The food choices not much but adequate for hangout with friends while having drinks. I would recommend "The chick in blanket" and "chicken popcorn". Since there is not much pubs/bars in Kota Bharu, try to get there early during weekend or else getting table will be solely on your luck. A... More

Nice bar with calm atmosphere. Place to go with friend for catch up. Service was good and friendly. Sand was pretty good for pub food. Relatively speaking for Kota Bharu one of the better places to go.

We found this from tripadvisor. Thanks for sharing! We went there and had our beers and ciders. The food was good, especially local food. I think its only place to drink alcohol. There were many Chinese ppl hanging out and drinking. The price is reasonable. All good to me.

Golden City is one of the greatest bars in town. It is in the city centre so it is easy to get there by taxi or car. It gets busy later in the evening, with both locals (mainly Chinese) and foreigners. They serve both local and international dishes, and it is good value for money. It is also possible to... More

KB is a city where is hard to find a restaurant provides alcohol drink but Golden City is different. The foods are chines, western, etc. My recommendation is Hong Bak Rice that is stewed pork served with steamed rice with only 13RM. Very good to taste with alcohol drinks. Also you can enjoy nice modern music.

This is more like a pub than a restaurant. Food was all right, they serve some local dishes, western dishes and 'Nibble food'. Several beers on tap, including Guinness. Cold and refreshing. There's a tv and a big screen showing sport or some other program. Worth a visit if you're in a urge for a beer in KB.

Pubs are few and far between in KB, which is understandable. Most places you can get a beer are Chinese restaurants, which is fine, but there are few pubs. This place has a good pub atmosphere, is modern in decor, and has great snacks. I came late night for a few drinks and a bite to eat. The beer was... More
