they scrimp on cost where they can, so order the basics. I had a watery carrot juice, my husband had a watery milo ais (iced milo). quite stingy: $5 roti telur with cheese (very little cheese). My basic paper thosai was good though-- sambal was nice and spicy, kuah (sauce) from the curry is good.

Very light on pocket. Good Indian food with some local variation. Butter naans were really very good.

This restaurant is a normal mamak joint. Caters well for backpackers. Normal mamak food. Milk Tea is reddish maybe due to their choice of the tea dust. Food is ok. Cheap and suitable for thrifty travellers.

This Indian / Desi / Pakistani eatery is bang opposite to Casa Del Mar. Its is a cheap eatery. Please note that they have two types of food. They keep pre-cooked food. Please do not bother purchasing & consuming pre-cooked food. They have a menu from which you can order make to order food. I suggest you order fresh food.... More

My favorite restaurant in Pantai Cenang. I came across this place looking for a working wi-fi. Delicious Indian and Malaysian dishes and very good prices. A large selection of food and beverages. Highly recommended.

Walked past this place a few times and did not take any notice of it. A local suggested we try it and we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of food and reasonable prices. The freshly baked naan are great and the food we ordered had some lovel flavours. This is certainly a recommended restaurant.

Came across this place on my second day. First time I ordered daal fries, cheese roti naan and paneer masala. All delicious! Second and third time I came back for daal fries and naan. So bloody delicious! I'm a vegetarian and they had plenty of choice as well as all the meat dishes! I gave it 5 for the food!... More

Only visit this restaurant if you just want to refuel, not a dining experience to enjoy. Very cheap, food ok, service good, but overall just a place for backpackers to eat.

We were there every single day for a breakfast and it was fantastic! Comparing to other restaurants we have visited this is our choice number one. Also the prices are great - 4 different filled pancakes and two fresh juices for RM17 total are great value for money.
