The restaurant is placed in the heart of Pantai Cenang. It offers a wide range of Indian food both veg and non veg. The food we tried were tasty and had an authentic north Indian food taste. Can be surely considered for Indian food at Langkawi.

Not going to lie, I was pretty put off by the review prior to mine, but it is the highest rated Indian place in the area so we gave it a shot anyway! It was a good meal! 😀 Definitely not the best Indian I've ever had but a solid choice no less. The staff was friendly and helpful and... More

After reading the reviews of this place we were excited to try the food. Took us ages to get the attention of the staff when we wanted to order. When we did order, the poppadoms came out fast but they were stale. In fairness to the restaurant, we complained and they made us fresh ones. We ordered chicken tikka masala... More

We enjoyed the food especially the lamb rogan josh and onion bhajees which were tasty and better than we get at home. We felt that it was overpriced by Langkawi standards at 140 ringitts for 2 people and that was without alcohol just water and juices. They also add a 10% service charge.

Dropped in for dinner to Mumbai Palace last night, based on other recommendations here. It's close to the start on your left as you drive (now one way) through Chenang. Outside you will see the coloured trees light up - a bit garish at first but they 'grow' on you. Inside is bright and clean, if a little lacking in... More

While we were in Langkawi, we wanted to try different restaurants and cuisines, Mumbai Palace is an Asian restaurant close to where we were staying. We had to try it out. We ordered some starters, Pakoras and Papa dums were amazing. Chicken lolly pop - not so much. For the main course, we tried Chicken Karhai and Chicken Tikka. Both... More

Food available is really good. I like the stuff. Good for Indian people. We ordered masala papad one place(more than sufficient quantity they offered to us). Tried fried fish- really awesome.

Tonight we went to the Mumbai Palace, spacious, clean and colourful. We started with gratis Popadoms and 3 dips, 2 lovely and spicey, 1 not. Then ordered an appetising Chicken Pakora & spring rolls. For mains, Kashmiri Naan, Chicken Handi & Chicken kadhi (Yes, we like chicken!) Our server was very helpful and chatty. Explained the dishes and severity of... More
