Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The menu was great and environment truly special. The singers came around to the patrons on the hour for about 10 minutes. The pasta was exceptional with a variety of sauces to choose from. Price fixe menu was $25–the only thing lacking was the dessert...with price fixe.More

Had lunch here for 4 after museum visit. Very nice environment & friendly staff. The Italian singer brought a great atmosphere & the staff clapped along with the singing. Food was good especially the beef burger steak which was soft and moist with a good...gravy. The steak was well prepared and enjoyable. The bread selection was great. Overall a very pleasant and refreshing lunch.More

Set in the middle of the glass museum, this restaurant has a wonderful location. Given good weather (early June) it's terrific for a late lunch or coffee. The service is fine, but food is average and priced high.

Lovely cafe within the Venetian Glass Museum. Good food and reasonable prices, we even had a live concert of Italian songs to accompany our lunch.
