Delicious, attractively plated, well-cooked food. I reckon the chefs at Azure are also those from the Pullman Da Nang’s breakfast buffet because the food is very good. The prices are high by Da Nang standards but it is reasonable given the quality of the cooking.
Even though it was a little cool sitting outside by the beach in early March, it was the best option as you dine to the sound of the splashing waves. Lovely.
Recommended dishes: Grilled Calamari, Grouper Fish in Curry, Stir fried vegetables (side dish). Very nice plating.
The best places we ate at in Da Nang were at the Pullman Da Nang (Azure and Epice).

Just finished the most delicious crabs and king prawns!! So juicy and scrumptious. The sauces were great too, but on their own already cooked to perfection.
(My apologies that I completely forgot to take my usual pictures, so nothing to show you on what the two crabs in a bucket looked like, presented so nicely. Then the juicy prawns swimming in garlic and chilli sauce - not spicy, just lovely.)
The chocolate ball is very interesting, a bit too sweet for me. The tiramisu is divine!! (Remembered to take pics of the dessert!! Haha)

our family had a great dinner at Azure restaurants where we could enjoy the food with a nice beach view. Very good hospitality.
The price is ok compared with 5* stars hotel. Highly recommend this place

We had made a reservation in advance and were looking forward to a terrace seat, but it started to rain lightly that night.
We were told that the weather was going to get rough, so we had to sit inside.
The restaurant was empty, probably because it was a weekday, and there were a few people who looked to be hotel guests who had come to eat with meal tickets.
It felt more like a cafe than a restaurant.
I would recommend coming in the morning or afternoon, rather than for dinner.
(The terrace seats might be good if the weather was sunny...)
The fries and grilled shrimp were delicious.
Considering the atmosphere, it was a bit disappointing that the prices were for a hotel room.
Perhaps the restaurant terrace (pool view) near the Pullman lobby was better because it had a roof?

I did not stay here. But I had dinner outside at the Azure Beach Lounge, and it was terrific. I had the grilled squid, sliced and curled, with chili and pieces of veggies inside. The satay sauce was nice, and the mango salad was a nice little side. Lovely plating and very tasty. Great beach setting. Not a cheap meal. But not real expensive either.

The food and service are first class. Part of the first class Pullman Beach Hotel.
Fresh foods and well presented.
Have eaten here on several occasions and will return.

In comparison to the prices throughout the rest of Vietnam (literally everywhere in all other restaurants) this is extremely expensive. The quality isn't fantastic to make up for it either. It's okay... a little above average but probably still not worth it.
The staff seem to do a lot of lingering, lots of standing around and chatting and not a lot of anything else really. They're not especially friendly or happy and at one point, we attended fairly late for some cocktails (around 9 pm) and they close at 10.30 pm, we were the only people there and they looked at us so begrudgingly we didn't want to stay any longer than one.
There is an outside area that is very nice but the strange mushroom style roof design is awful, it keeps absolutely zero rain out whatsoever

Like other people said, the location is charming, right next to the sand. The hotel grounds are also pretty; it's nice to walk through them on the way to the restaurant. There is a big pool and nice sculptures of butterflies; we enjoyed the environment. We came around 8:30 on a week night, and there were only two other couples besides us. By the end, we were alone. So it's a good place to escape the hustle & bustle, but not a good place if you're looking to people watch or experience the city's liveliness. We ordered Vietnamese seafood curry, which was good. We also ordered squid cooked on a hot stone with pineapple juice. They cooked the squid right at the table, and it was fun to watch it, but it was not the tastiest squid we had in Vietnam. I wouldn't say it was worth the US$17 price tag, considering the prices in Vietnam. And the fruit plate was quite pathetic! We expected some interesting exotic fruit, but they only included watermelon, grapes, and some guava. Guava was good, but the rest was a bit mundane.

This is a high quality restaurant with food and a service that is second to none. The food outstanding. I had the scallops, my husband the duck. Every mouthful was a mouthwatering treat. Ice cream made at your table made this one of our most memorable nights of our whole trip.

I was looking forward to having a pleasant evening by SUNDAY BBQ with my friends who came to Danang to meet me in two years.
When I went to the AZURE restaurant, staff asked me I had booked.. and I saw my table on the reservation list was fixed. Despite booking 4 days in advance, the staff provided dark corner seat.
We felt hotter as soon as we sat down and asked for a change of seat, but did not allow it because it was a reserved seat.
(But the place I asked for was empty until the end of the meal)
The restaurant was getting hot&humidity. As soon as we complained to the staff, all kinds of complaints began to appear at the tables around us.
It was like a disaster movie!!!!!
The staff only brought one big fan and could not accommodate all guests.
Complaints were even more intense..
After another guest told to bring the manager, the manager came to us.
the restaurant manager apologized, but not all guests enjoyed their meals.
After the manager had gone, there were three fans, but they had to struggle to connect them.
When one worked, the other two went out. Continue to repeat...
Is the restaurant at Pullman Resort ever operating this way everyday?
If not ready to operation, should not welcome guests. The restaurant, which is managed by Accor rather than the domestic company in Vietnam, did not even imagine that it would operate at such a low level.

We dined here on our last night in Vietnam. We opted for oysters to start which were perfectly shucked and accompanied with shallots in red wine vinegar, plus lemon wedges, they were very flavoursome.
For the main course we went with the Vietnamese Seafood curry which had lots of different seafood and again great flavours without being too spicy, plus the Sea Bass, also very good.
Dessert was Baileys flavoured ice cream prepared at the table using dry ice in the process.
The house wine offered is from New Zealand, we tried the Sauvignon Blanc which was perfectly chilled and accompanied the seafood perfectly. Service throughout was very good with attentive staff, but not intrusive.
We would return for sure.

Sunday brunch with endless champagne was superb with tremendous choice and variety. Quality was all-round excellent. Can sit in the restaurant or out - depends how much air con you like! A great way to spend 4 hours on a Sunday - but only the first Sunday of each month.....

Another wonderful lobster meal. The staff was very accommodating and allowed me to combine several local dished with my lobster. A super menu with lots of options pleased everyone in our group. Very ode rarely priced. Super service.

When we went it was raining so they had moved the beach BBQ to the main restaurant, but the food was immaculate with lots of choice. We opted for the ‘free flow wine’ option which was under 900k per person.
Lovely hotel by the way. If we ever came back to Da Nang we would stay here.

After a day at the pool some drinks at the happy hour we decided to eat here. The menu had some great choices and we couldn't wait to try the wagu burgers other guests were raving about. Took a seat as the sun was setting and the DJ began his hits. Lovely ambience staff were friendly and attentive. Ordered a glass of wine which was smaller than the standard 175ml 95,000 vnd and a large beer. Disappointingly they had run out of wagu beef burgers really!! So we had fish and chips which was a good size portion which tasted delicious and bbq ribs which was nice. At 900,000 vnd thought it a bit pricey compared to nearby restaurants but by hotel standards ok. Will we go again yes but only if the wagu burgers are available.
