I used the Premier Village to visit the restaurant often.
Every staff is friendly and the food is delicious. We were especially grateful that the NHI server took great care of me during the meal.
Of course, the prices are higher than outside the village (although comparatively cheap with Korea), all the menus taste good and the atmosphere inside the restaurant is good and pleasant.
If you're wondering what to eat, try the Seafood Tower. A variety of seafood is grilled in the tower, and we've got three families to offer this tower one + beef rice + vegetable fries.
You'll often play with older parents or kids, but if it's hard to get out of the village, this is the most convenient place.

I stayed at the Premier Resort for 3 nights and it rained on and off so I came to this place inside the resort and the food was better than I imagined. The view of My Khe Beach in front is also good.
This seafood restaurant has both Vietnamese and Western styles and is really delicious. The three of me ate the seafood tower, fried rice, stir-fried bok choy, and crab meat soup, and we were stuffed.
At the Seafood Tower, lobster, tiger shrimp, crab, various shellfish, and conch are all fresh and delicious~
Mr. Thuong, who was in charge of us, spoke good English and was kind. If you dropped something, he would bring it to you right away and keep an eye on you as he provided service.
Well, the price is much cheaper than in Korea! Highly recommended!

We had an incredible dining experience at Ca Chuon Co Restaurant. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a beautiful ambiance that perfectly complemented the dishes. Every dish was expertly prepared, bursting with flavor, and made with high-quality ingredients.
The standout for me was the grilled Iberico pork cheek with honey, which was cooked to perfection. On top of that, the staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed.
If you’re looking for a top-tier dining restaurant with authentic flavors and excellent service, Ca Chuon Co is the place to go. I will definitely be coming back! Highly recommended!

Sorry to say that most crappy Vietnamese restaurants in Stockholm serves much better food than this supposed 5-star place. Had reservations well in advance, got a table that sucked but thought ok, came for 5-star food. Ordered a bottle of sparkling wine that it took two waiters to open, and after a super shaky pour, it was lukewarm. Ok, so still, the food! Ordered 5 dishes, double checked that we ordered 5 after we got tha warm wine. Turns out we got 4 dishes, 2 of them were different salads that were identical except for protein and one other ingredient, yep, so-called 5star here!
Get 4 dishes that are of very questionable quality and ask for the fifth, get told we are wrong and never ordered the 5:th one.
Nothing was tasty really and even if not expensive when you go to a restaurant at a 5star resort it should have quality and educated staff, this place, sorry, even after buy me all the food it still was a HUGE f-up. Staff nice but knew nothing so management must really suck,

Extremely below aerage food at higher Vietnamese prices.
Rau Moung ( greens ) was served cold and overcooked. Maybe it was forgotten because we got our 2 meat dishes first and finished half before veggies came.
Rice was lukewarm and no spoon given which, because rice was so stuck together, (F on rice making) it was hard to serve. It was all stuck together in the serving bowl.
Fish in claypot was not caramalized at all. fish was fried and then some sauce poured over , as it was not braised ( as claimed in menu, much less caramalized. ) Had better at my local Vietnamese restaurant, outside Vietnam. The stir fried pork belly was the best.
We ordered 2 soups because told 1 was not enough. Actually with all the food we ordered, it would have been fine. The asparagus crabmeat soup had a lot of cornstarch to thicken it so it was gloppy with no taste of crab. Takeout Chinese egg drop soup better and cheaper. The abalone and shitake soup was good and big portion . Finally, the meal ended with them losing my husband's credit card. What a disaster!

This restaurant is located in a large Villa but is also available to non-guests. Conveniently accessed from the beach by the sea. (It is far from the main street as it is a quick walk through the Villa.)
We went for dinner at 18:00, so we made a Reservation in advance, but it was either difficult or empty to get in from the outside, so he showed us a seat with an ocean view.

It was really hard to find this in a resort called Premium Resort, and you had to walk back in and ride that raft. I wanted to take my husband out for a nice seafood dinner for his birthday and found this restaurant on Trip Advisor. I had to change the reservations a couple times, but they were very responsive on the Google chat function.
We were a little worried when we got to the restaurant initially. It's located in a resort, so you had to take a shuttle to the restaurant from the parking lot. We walked in and no one else was in the restaurant (Thursday night). Luckily we stuck with it and the food was finely prepared and delicious. We had the rice noodle with seafood (fresh with chopped seafood), sweet and sour green mango and crispy flying fish (great flavors and textures), stir-fried crab meat with vermicelli noodles (not a lot of crab, but had a tasty smoky flavor) and Nha Trang sturgeon marinated with galangal & tumeric (great sauce, topped with dill, and came with rice paper to wrap with some lettuce and vermicelli noodles). Although it was more expensive than most restaurants in Da Nang, it's worth the ambience (and AC!) and well prepared meal. Unfortunately the sun had already set so we couldn't see the beach. They even brought out a cake with candle for the birthday celebration.

This restaurant needs no introduction amongst the the locals. Ca Chuon Co which translates into English simply means flying fish. I had dined here for a dinner and the experience was top notch.
The restaurant has both alfresco and inside restaurant seating with a good amount of seatings.
While staying there, as in house guests, we had ordered appetisers, mains and desert. The signature Flying Fish Salad is a must try. It's delicate, light and refreshing. The Grill Seafood Tower was fresh and succulent and I particularly like the oysters. The local desert was a tad too sweet to my liking but overall it was edible. I had the rare opportunity to walk through this culinary path by CHEF Nam Le, the executive chef who delicately prepared every single dish.
Notably, the restaurant staff were so accommodating in allowing me to bring in a bottle of champagne without cockage fee. The serving staff and managers elevated our dining experience with prompt and impeccable service. Enough said, it is definitely a good dining option if you are willing to splurge for good meal.
Last but not least, a special mention to Duc, Y and Trinh who had madd our dining an extraordinary one. Cam on rhat nhiue.

The food was fresh and well presented but the taste was just ok. For the starter, we had some fish rolls but it tasted just like a roll of garnish rather than what we asked for. For main, we had the seafood fried rice and sturgeon fish, which was very nice but came around 20 minutes after our main meal. We actually thought they had forgotten about it but brought it when we asked for the bill. Not bad, but not great.

Great food with a great view of the ocean on a beautiful looking resort. Customer service was great (which is a staple of Vietnamese culture IMO), especially Phuong who made sure my experience was a good one. I had the sea bass and the crab soup. Under the nice ambiance of the restaurant it tastes and feels better as you stare out to the palm trees and watch the endless waves crashing on the shoreline lol.

It's a quiet place, but there are a few people enjoying it. The music is good, the service is good, and above all, the food is the best... The a la carte menu has a variety of local and Western foods, and the buffet menu allows you to order whatever you want. We wanted to eat seafood, so we started with the seafood combo menu from the main menu, tried it, and then ordered more to suit our tastes. I think I'll remember the friendly server serving me, Dao (Đào). Thanks to this, I was able to fully enjoy the food and wine.

The food tasted very good, the value for money, and the atmosphere were great too! I liked it even more because it had a local feel! The view was good and the atmosphere was calm and quiet, so I enjoyed a delicious and special dinner. Also, the service from NHI, the restaurant's waiter, was the best.
I was impressed by how they kindly taught me how to eat and always responded quickly.
