Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

If you like real, good and tasty coffee this is the place to be! Coffee as coffee should be. Another nice advantage is that there are also possibilities to eat something tasty here and if you are not a coffee fan (which is almost impossible) then there are enough possibilities to drink something else.
Your eyes won't know where to look because there is so much to see in terms of decorations around you
There is enough choice to please everyone for a pit stop to refuel! There is even a possibility to hold a meeting at Roastery 3 at 84 Đ. Trần Cao Vân, Phường Minh An, Hội An. In short, a nice coffee shop with enough possibilities for both business and social!

Weather you want traditional Vietnamese coffee or refreshing iced drinks, this is the place to go. The staff is very friendly and the menu is super. The small bites you can order are definitely worth trying. The location is very nice and you can spend hours after hours just enjoying yourself.

Hoi An is my favourite place on the planet.
I love Hoi An Roastery, and would spend hours every day on each trip, sipping iced matcha and having white rose, fried spring rolls, or Cao Lau, watching the market and tourists go about life.
Then Covid happened (whilst I was in Hoi An), and it has decimated Hoi An, and closed 5/6 of the Hoi An Roastery locations including my favourite down by the market.
Whilst it is nowhere near the place it was before, the people are still as amazingly friendly as ever, an I am glad that I still have at least 1 place to get my matcha fix.
I hope during my next trip things are a little more back to normal.

The atmosphere was okay. I chose iced Vietnamese coffee, and the sweetness of the condensed milk reduced the bitterness of the coffee.
I visited on the night of the Hoi An Lantern Festival, and it was quiet, so it was a good place to relax. I bought a Vietnamese coffee utensil with the store's logo on it.

We stopped in here for a mid morning coffee break. It is an traditional Hoi An coffee shop with delicious coffees and authentic decor. They also sell packets of roasted coffee to take home. Well worth a visit.

See map for which branch, addresses not fit exactly.
Worst service, staff not polite, take shottcut, eat cheming cum in public (disgusting view)
Sweet also average, not tasty at all for a premium price.
I came before in another branch, also poor service, poor products, premium ptice.
Must say all outlets in Hoi An looking attractive and will draw in new customers every day.
Management should work more on quality of the products, not make then overpriced. Educate your staff to be behave and very polite all the time.

At Hoi An Roastery, a gem to behold,
With drinks so divine, they never grow old.
The passionfruit juice is a tropical treat,
Refreshing and sweet, it can’t be beat.
The coconut iced coffee, smooth and divine,
A creamy delight, it’s truly sublime.
A cozy café with charm and grace,
Hoi An Roastery is a must-visit place!

Vietnamese coffee (plain/unsweetened) So good if you like good strong coffee with good flavor! Cold brew on the other hand tasted like tomato juice. Tasted nothing like coffee. My husband and I were very confused. Other than that great coffee, food, atmosphere

The Ancient Town of Hoi An is charming town where you can spend hours walking on the street to admire the architecture of the past - wooden Chinese shophouses and temple, colourful french colonial buildings, ornate Vietnamese tube houses and last but not least.. the famous Japanese Covered Bridge with its pagoda. This town located on the central coast of Vietnam, and has been recognised as UNESCO World Heritage Site.
There are various entry points into the Ancient Town but one has to pay entry fee. After spending some time to explore some part of the historical town, we decided to stop by for a cup of coffee to rejuvenate. I remembered a cafe on our way in earlier so we walked back to Hoi An Roastery. It occupies an ancient Chinese shophouse with lots of greens surrounding it.
We knew that we had to sit down, relax and enjoy a cup of coffee - be it iced Vietnamese coffee (you could literally find it at any cafe); or regular espresso based coffee such as latte, cappuccino; or even special coffee such as coconut based ones which are quite popular in Vietnam. Completed our break were pastries and cakes.
There are a few Hoi An Roastery in this town area, whichever it is they are serving practically same thing so in case you're tired and hungry, it might be a good decision to stop and enjoy a cold cup of coffee.

Vietnam is now known for its coffee and you can see the effort they have made at places like Hoi An Roastery. The coffee selection is excellent. We went for a simpler iced coffee and it was so good I ordered a second. With three shops in Hoi An you can't miss them. Worth seeking out

When we arrived, the presentation immediately caught our attention and, interested in coffee from Vietnam 🇻🇳, we sat down. Great advice in very good English. My wife had a cold coffee and I had an espresso. Then we bought some coffee, a very nice experience.
