Her bread is as famous as Banh My Phuong. The food stand served toasted bread with a variety of local fillings including roast pork, grilled pork,... I think it is the best bread in Hoi An.

Lovely, 'crispy on the outside and soft fluffy on the inside' bread rolls. I had chicken in mine and it was an explosion of delightful flavours. I would have liked more vegies in mine though. Clean and comfy. Language is a problem but the menus...More

Mix and chicken banh mi's were both tasty and full of flavors! 👌 Although enviroment inside was dissapointing... very dirty floors and tables... That made us leave and just take the delicious bahn mi's away.

Was recommended this from some friends, and it really doesn’t disappoint. There’s three options of banh mi; mixed, chicken or veg. I tried the mixed and it was amazing, and so worth the 20,000 dong!

In the early days of the opening, Ms Loc’s shop had no name, then a Wester after coming here to enjoy the bread, He Named the shop brand after Ms Loc’s Husband, Mr Khanh. Before she opened her bakery, she went to many famous bakeries in Hoi An to enjoy and then researched and created her own unique recipe with a signature taste. Every day, She and her family have to get up early in the morning to prepare the ingredients for the whole day business. In addition, bread is also bought at a reputable bakery in the city. it also contributes to the signature flavour of Banh Mi Madam Khanh.
