Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We spent one month in Hoi An and ate at a LOT of restaurants. We are pizza connoisseurs no matter where we are in the world, and spent two months traveling around Italy sampling pizzas. Mia Coffee has the best authentic Italian style pizza we had in Hoi An, hands down (and we of course tried the place in town owned by an Italian!). Mia Coffee has a legit wood fired pizza oven ON SITE made from bricks imported from Italy. They use Italian flour in their 48 hour crust and Italian tomatoes in their homemade sauce. They offer several options on the menu, but are very accommodating to requests. Since I am vegan, and all the pizzas on the menu have cheese, I asked for a marinara pizza with just sauce and some sliced garlic on top (like how they do them in Italy), and they were happy to honor my request. And it was fabulous! So fabulous we went back for pizzas many times during the month and always walked away very full and very happy. They are large pizzas for a great price and the quality just can't be beat in Hoi An. Besides the great pizza, as many others have already stated, they also have great coffee, offer many vietnamese craft beers on tap, and have two levels of seating with two large lovely balconies to enjoy the day. Really nice atmosphere. LOVE this place!!! My only advice is to go for lunch because the pizzas are so great they might sell out by dinner!

Nice setting, plenty of seating, pleasant waitress. Located a little outside of the ancient city tourist area but still higher prices than you’d like to spend if you’re on a budget.
The Americano coffee was good and served in a mug. We ordered a margarita pizza but were disappointed that it was burnt on the bottom. We couldn’t eat half of it.

Although the coffee was good, the waiter was a bit rude and almost ridiculed us with the wrong facts of cafe latte and flat white being the exact same thing, we tried politely correcting him and he wouldn’t have it. We ordered their matcha latte as well, which tasted like a melon milk drink. It’s not Japanese quality, it’s not really matcha to be fair. When we told the cashier, she insisted on us not paying for it, which was decent of them. We don’t understand the hype of Mia coffee, to be fair.

I expect to get a good Cappuccino in Italy, and I know a few places there to get a really good one.
But I didn't expext to get such a phantastic Cappuccino here in Vietnam.
One of the best I ever had!
One of the latest reviews here recommends the carrot cake, that was also excellent.
The combination matched perfectly :)

We visited Mia Coffee almost daily during our 2 weeks in Hoi An. They make a fantastic coffee and we really enjoyed their chocolate tarts too. We loved sitting out on their veranda enjoying our morning coffee.

They open early, major plus point. Had a cappuccino and yes, this cappuccino was spot on delicious. A corner cafe, great place to just sit and watch the world go by. I was there really early and at that time, they only served coffee and panini which was perfect. Service was good despite that only one person was there working at that time!

Loved this coffee shop. Coffee was perfect, they made it just how I like it; extra hot! Staff were great, location was great, sat here most days when we were in Hoi An for at least an hour watching the world go by.

We struggled to find great coffee in Hoi An and then we found Mia Coffee. It is a very basic little cafe, but the coffee is great and they even roast beans on-site. We became regulars during g our stay and the owner always remembered our order. Definitely recommend this place if you love your coffee.

Very good morning coffee. Had Almond milk as well. Fans to keep you cool and good English speaking staff. Their selection of cold options were good including coconut coffee.

Best coffee in Vietnam. Beautiful. Highly recommend Mia Coffee. Excellent service. Beans roasted in house are amazing. Craft beer also made on-site is very good.

Service & drinks were good. Until we went to pay.
Ripped us off, gave us change for 100,000 dong, when we definitely had given them 500,000. We knew exactly what we had left in cash as it was our last day. Showed us the till, obviously pocketed it and argued the point. On our last day in Vietnam, left a bitter taste of an otherwise great holiday.

Other drink is ok but the Matcha is not good at all. Its taste is strange. We love the flowers and cozy decorations in the corner. However, Mia coffee staffs should check the quality of Matcha before they make it

Location is not convenient. A bit far from the center, the space is not impressive. Not a place one should take the time to go to
