I took a cooking class at Green Mango in February 2020 and had a great time! There were only 4 of us in the class and we had our own teacher, Jam, who was really sweet, patient, and helpful. We learned all sorts of good...tricks for making some amazing Vietnamese dishes. After our class, they let us eat everything we had made in the restaurant downstairs. They even served it to us in order (we had made an appetizer, salad, soup, entree, and dessert). The ambience is also incredible; it's in an "old house" type building in Hoi An. The cooking class was upstairs and we ate downstairs afterward. It was an amazing experience and if I ever get back to Hoi An, I'd do it again!More

This cooking class exceeded all of our expectations. Our chef was super professional and really took the time to explain in detail all of the dishes. There were 4 of us in the group with various skill levels but he tailored the class to suit...everyone. I could not fault the class at all and give it 10 out of 10. We look forward to returning to Hoi An in future so we can do another class!More

I went for a cooking class here with a friend from my tour group. Made 5 lovely dishes which we then had for dinner. The instructor was great. Good value for money!

Check this place out! It’s menu is just different to all the other restaurants in the area. Think Vietnamese with a twist. We had The crispy wonton with shrimp, dumplings, pea soup, blackened Baramundi all of which where delicious and the service was first class....Couple this with a great restaurant, ambience and location makes for a perfect foodies paradise.More

We were a small group travelling on a g adventure tour and had booked the class through them. A lovely lady called Jam demonstrated the cooking, she was informative, fun and accommodated 2 vegetarians in the group. Would recommend the class for real Vietnamese cookery.

Brilliant cooking experience with Green Mango. Our teacher Pineapple was friendly, funny and a fantastic cook. She let us do the cooking. This was a highlight of our trip to Vietnam. Would highly recommend.

Don't usually write reviews but after the amazing food from the cooking class and Hais (owner) amazing attitude I thought it owed to him. Would highly recommend!

This cooking class was the highlight of our trip! The Green Mango team brought us to the market to show us all the different food items we would need and told us all about them, and then went back to the restaurant to learn how...to cook so many delicious dishes: green mango squid salad, pork in banana leaf, coconut chicken soup, duck spring rolls, and dragonfruit-mango sticky rice. Hai, the restaurant owner, taught our class and was awesome. The meal we made with him was one of the best of the whole trip. You need to do this!More
