Choose your fish, wonderful selection from the vendors in the middle of the market, then chose a restaurant around the edge and they will cook your fish and supply salad, wine and bread etc. If you do not want fish, you can buy steaks etc fro a nearby... This place is honestly unmissable we spent about £22 for the fish then took it to a little restaurant where they are happy to cook it for you we bought a little meze and bread they... More

One my top ranking location discoveries in Turkey. I like fish and certainly this is a small part of fish lovers Heaven. I had a marvelous lunch at Recep's Place after selecting some fish in the market. We choose starters (I love Turkey for the culture of tasty and healthy starters) from the restaurant, where they cooked the fish. An... More

We stumbled across the fish market at lunch time. We chose our fish, prawns and calamari and had it cleaned by the stall holder who then took it to the local restaurant where they cooked it and served it with a delicious chilli garlic sauce and pita bread and salad for a small price. Lovely experience and great fresh fish.... More

We took the Dolmus from Hisonaru/Olu Deniz; easy to find as the general market is the last stop and the fish market is contained within (follow your nose). Once in you will be harangued by the various fish-selling and restaurant touts. The deal is fairly straight-forward; select fish products and pay fish-stall; carry (advisable) or allow the trader to transfer... More

Situated in the centre of town, quite large inside and very smelly with so much choice you may take a while. Once your fish is chosen the seller will prepare as you wish with no bones and you then decide if you are eating in the area which restaurant to use will cook your food exactly as you wish for...
