Absolutely wonderful little spot. Great vibe through the decor, location, and most importantly really friendly staff that look after your every need. Selim was the best. For starters the mezze was amazing. Really recommend the vine leaves which are made thinner than usual - nice touch. You get a pottery breaking experience if you order the testi kebab which is also veggie if desired. The pumpkin desert is one to try - secret family recipe! 👌🏽

One of our favourite places in Cappadocia. We ordered mezze platter, Salads and vegetarian kebabs - all was fresh and delicious.
Thank you Salif for amazing service and your recommendation for the upset stomach. I feel much better now:)

What a little gem! We had a great time here. The service was exceptional, he wanted to ensure that we felt like we were entering their home rather than a restaurant. We enjoyed hummous, chicken salad, aubergine yoghurt, amazingly good dried tomatoes and some of the best bread we had in Turkey (quite a statement)
Highly recommend this place :)

After a warm welcome, we were happy with the high-quality food that was served. The chicken leg is highly recommended, very juicy. The environment is great as well, homely, with soft music in the background. Well done.

The restaurant offers only few items but the foods are amazing. And veryf friendly staff and excellent service. I ordered pumpkin desert and it was quite sweet for me. The waiter lady studied our table and noticed it, she brought another traditional dessert and offered us for free. Really didnt expect it.
Must try the pottery lamb kebab!!

We have visited Inci Cave by the suggestion of our hotel's employee. We are amazed of their smoked eggplant soup which is rare to find in any region in Turkey. That soup convinced us to visit the restaurant two nights in a row. My girlfriend usually gets frustrated after ordering a salad but it was the first time I see her finishing her salad. We have tried eggplant soup, inci salad and inci special dish on first night. I have to add inci special dish is very satisfying, I've ordered it by the suggestion of Mustafa Bey's wife, its a very delicious combination of antrecote, mushroom and green pepper (Boeuf Stroganoff with a twist). On second night we ordered soup, eggplant yoghurt and chili paste, Mustafa Bey's (owner of the restaurant) homemade wine and Aside dessert. Wine is amazing actually I didnt expect it to be this good. It was the first time for me and my girlfriend to taste that dessert because again it is a rare option to find, and the dessert is accompanied with tea of course absolutely delicious duo. We loved their warm welcome, hospitality. A cozy ambiance to be in. Prices are quite fair according to portions. I really dont like to take photographs of the dishes but for this comment's sake I took Aside dessert's photograph. Thanks for all the dishes and hospitality, writing this comment while drinking a glass of your homemade wine at my home. Cheers!

I chose this restaurant because reviews suggested they provide gluten free bread, which is very rear in Turkey. They did have GF bread, but it was just taken out of the pack, wasn't heated up or anything, and didn't taste good... The main meal I chose was pottery kebab, which was supposed to be with rice, but they mix it with bulgur, therefore it's not gluten free, so you just eat pure meat from the pottery kebab with nothing else, as they don't bother to offer just rice or potatoes or anything else as an alternative. The waitress didn't even say that it will be with bulgur until everything was served up, which was very frustrating, as I've been asking questions about another dish before ordering that had rice & bulgur mix as side dish with it. I asked if I could have it with just rice, but the waitress's response was a bit rude, like what do I think to suggest that, as it would take them a lot of time to cook rice separately... I think if a restaurant decides to provide gluten free bread they should be prepared to offer gluten free choices of their main dishes as well, and their waitresses should be a lot more helpful and not make you feel uncomfortable for daring to ask a question. I wasn't happy with the service and I wasn't happy with the food either. Disappointing experience

Such great food, service and atmosphere. We had beef in a clay pot and it was not only tasty but a lot of fun; the staff got me to hit the flaming pot with a large knife, which was really interesting. The staff were so lovely and kind and there were many cute cats and dogs, who by the way do not bother you at all. An adorable dog slept under my chair, so that was a bonus!

We stumbled across this restaurant and so glad we did. We ordered a meze to start, between two. It was delicious. Then we shared a beef kababi in a clay pot and it did not disappoint. Wine was good value. Lots of little cats around (we loved them but be aware).

Our cave hotel was a short walking distance away, so we decided to give this place a try. The ambiance was very nice, the staff friendly and the food was incredible! It was the best meal we had in Goreme. I had the vegetarian pottery kebab and my husband had the Inci Special beef, (we can't remember the exact name of the dish.) Both dishes were delicious, but my husband's dish was slightly better than mine. What was cool about this restaurant is that if you order the pottery kebab, the presentation is excellent, and they let you crack the pottery. I highly recommend this restaurant!

The unbelievable place that has a great atmosphere and hospitality from Mustafa who told us about the history of the restaurant that had been his grandparents home. Home wine is fantastic and we recommend to try it. The cooker of the restaurant has gold hands and he is a great chef.

The food was so-so. The cave seating was very nice, however our server must have forgotten we were inside multiple times. Had to get up and walk around the restaurant to find her. At the time, we were the only ones in the entire restaurant.
Chef was very nice.

We enjoyed our time at this restaurant. It was walking distance from our hotel. You can sit outside or for a more authentic experience sit on the colorful divans inside. The customer service is amazing. Our hostess was cheerful and helpful. We tried raki with water. Definitely a must do. It has a anise flavor and you enjoy it with mezze. We ordered a selection of hummus, beetroot with garlic dip and yogurt with mint. It came with warm bread. You must order the pot testi kebab. Its an experience as meat is marinated in clay pot and cooker to perfection. The gravy that comes out with it, you can soak it up with rice. There is the fire and the cutting of the pot with dramatic effect. A must try. We enjoyed the mushroom, chicken with rice and veggies served in a tostada. I also ordered a hibiscus tea. All around a warm and welcoming experience.

Had dinner at Inci Cave Restaurant with my boyfriend a and it was superb!
The food was simply amazing, the setting and atmosphere were great and the service was excellent too.
The staff was very friendly and professional. The owner was great and gave us a bit more insight into the restaurant’s history, which is really interesting. He was very attentive, professional and friendly.
Food was beyond expectations, simply divine. The homemade wine was wonderful as well and we were able to take home what we didn’t manage to drink + complimentary cheese to enjoy the with back at our hotel.
I would eat there everyday! Super recommend.

Definitely the best restaurant in the city! We loved the food, we tried corbasi (lentil soup), halloumi salad, roasted eggplant and the vegetarian testi kebab (the waiter showed us how to break it while it was on fire and it was quite an experience) Everything was really good, together with delicious apple tea. The staff was super friendly and professional and the place is beautiful. We could eat there everyday!
