In our 2nd week in Thailand and had enough Thai food and some time on toilets we followed a verbal recommendation to this place. The staff were locals but understood our requirements perfectly. The food was traditional English Fare including mushy peas and pork sausages. Cottage pie and gravy and so much more. Staff friendly and attentive. Prices pretty standard... More

We popped in hoping for our favourite Sunday roast, not realising they do different ones on different days. So I went for the next best thing, full English which was outstanding & my husband had the cottage pie. Great food & value for money. Will be visiting again.

A really nice restaurant with lovely food and good for those who like their European style food whilst still being help to have local traditional food as well. Well priced and therefore good value. Definitely go there.

Great place to eat. You can get a toasted sandwich or a more substantial meal. The staff were friendly, the place was clean. The drinks were cheap. I'd go back just for the chips. It's situated in one of the laneways just off Bangla Road.

Have come back for lunch, dinner and drinks. Just off hectic Bangla but central to everything. Great pub food and Thai dishes. All reasonable priced, particularly the drinks. Friendly staff and not pushy. Just like the same venue on Samui, a great place.

Very good food, served promptly with good cheer. A nice clean restaurant and Derrick, the owner, is very knowledgeable and helpful. Easy to recommend for singles, couples and families.

We found this restaurant by accident while walking up Bangla road one night. It is located up a side lane on the right about half way up entering from the beach end. It is very quiet as there is not a lot of foot traffic. We ordered the roast beef and can honestly say it was delicious and a hell of... More

Went here on the recommendation of my friend, so glad he told me about it, the food is great and the service just as good, the prices are very reasonable, the first time i had a Pork Chop with Mash Potatoes, the second time New Zealand Roast Lamb and Vegetables, it was so big i could not finish it, and...
