Great service with fresh delicious food

We had breakfast at The Market every morning while we were in Hua Hin for 14 days. There was such a variety of fresh food which was delicious. We had a good waitress; Grace who was really polite and genuinely amazing she can remember all your favorite and special requests and overall it was a great experience.

Good Eat

I had a nice three-day stay at the Hilton Hua Hin and an occasion to take lunch at the Market Restaurant. Both the Yum Woon Sen salad and the Tom Yum soup were great, and the chocolate lava cake was very yummy and beautifully presented. On top of that, the staff was very attentive and genuinely pleasant. I look forward to my next visit which I'm already planning.

The breakfast at the market village is all you can dream off - there is something for everyone. The service is the best and you can’t help but have a good day when you are being met by the most amazing people that are always happy and ready to help. The buffet is extraordinary with all different types of food, desserts and beverages. All in all a great experience and recommendation!

Amazing!!! We went to Hilton Hua Hin from Bangkok to have some relaxed days off. So phones, no computer, nothing. The first time since 2015 only offline. As vegans (eating only plantbased food) sometimes its hard to get a nice breakfast in a hotel. Mostly we ask upfront if its possible to cater a vegan diet. 90-95% of the hotels say „YES SURE“ but veeeery often we arrive and we get only fruits, some sugary juices and maximum soy milk for the caffee. If we are lucky, fried rice is also possible. But often also after telling what we est and do not eat, they put egg or also fish sauce inside (all of that happens also often at 4-5 stars hotels… they try to catch people with a big yes on all questions but the reality is often very different). So finally back to Hilton Hua Hin and The Market Restaurant. We've booked our stay in a freshly renovated Premium Room (very nice) and booked the breakfast (here we hoped for some good food, because the breakfast as an addition is quiet expensive for south east asia). But hey, we couldn’t trust our eyes. An amazing big buffet with lots of vegetarian / vegan options. Also vegan sushi (only point here: they shouldnt place it next to fish sushi, because many people use the utensils to grab both sushis so sometimes you see fish at the vegan sushi. Not good for vegan / vegetarian people but especially pretty bad for people who are allergic against fish… please Hilton Hua Hin, improve this). They asked us also for some specials and if we would like to order something for breakfast. So they made us vegan waffles, we asked for avocado and vegan bread, to make „avocado toasts“ and also they had Almond Milk for the coffee (Oat Milk would be also a very very nice addition). I add some photos, because you have to see that amazing breakfast. It is really hughe. All in all: we can recommend The Market Restaurant (tried it only for breakfast) for 100%. Delicious food, good service

There is a wide variety of food such as sushi, dumplings, steamed buns, poached eggs, teppanyaki, noodles, steamed rice, fried rice, green curry, many types of bakery. Seasonal fruits, ice cream, vegetable salad, fruit salad, all the food was delicious. Good service staff Beaming Pay attention to all those who come to use the service.

A very basic breakfast.

We had 2 out of our 3 breakfasts here as hotel guests. As the restaurant is being renovated, the breakfast buffet was set up in a hot conference hall. The food was very average for a Hilton in Thailand and the service was slow. As we were so disappointed from breakfast, we had the 3rd one in the Executive Lounge, which was smaller, but better.

Hua Hins finest...

Although street food throughout Thailand is always tempting and usually better than expected, it is never piping hot right off the grill and eating outside in the heat most foreigners can't handle. The Hiltons Market restaurant is fresh, hot off the grill serving both Thai and international cuisine in an air-conditioned setting close to the ocean. It is affordable and offers discounts for hilton honors members. There is no better location in all of Hua Hin for a great meal. During free breakfast, incuded with my hotel stay, the hostess Lalita invited me to the Saturday buffet "Fisherman and Butcher" of local Seafood and meats that blew me away with selection and quality. There is even rock lobster, what a treat! I can't say enough about the food and service at the Hua Hin Hilton. Truly a can't miss visit when you come to Hua Hin, Thailand.

The staff and foods alike are great and excellent.

I have breakfast here everyday during my stay. The staff are great and excellent. They remember my face and preferences and then take me to my favorite table outside even if I don’t let them know. They are competent. In addition, there are varieties of foods available here. Many kinds of hot meals: English breakfast, pasta, Thai curry, Thai noodle, stir-fried vegetables, Dim Sum, and eggs which are prepared in many ways: fried eggs, omelette, boiled eggs prepared in three ways with 4 minutes, 6 minutes, and 8 minutes. Many kinds of cold meals as well: salad, fresh fruits, yogurt, cold cuts, sushi rolls, dried fruits and so on. Danish pastries are great as well. Noodle with soup with fish and chicken balls is available at the noodle station. Very much satisfied with everything here. The staff and foods alike are great and excellent. I do recommend.

Delicious foods with exemplary service

We escaped the heat from the beach into the nice and cool dining atmosphere of the Market restaurant. The stir-fried spicy black ink squid pasta with abundant of seafood and the mildly spicy pomelo salad are delicious and pretty filling for two. The staff especially Khun Tui and Khun Paew have taken good care of my friend and me. Overall, the hotel staff at Hilton Hua Hin deserves a nice bonus and compliment from the security guards at the beach, maids, waitresses, and front desk staff. Well done!

Wonderful Morning

Late May, off-season? There were few people, so we could enjoy breakfast at our leisure. They also had noodles and porridge, and it was nice to be able to try a wide variety of international dishes. The poolside was visible from the side, and the view was wonderful. The staff were always smiling and friendly. It would be better if there was a paper napkin stand on the table.
