Never had a bad meal. The food is always hot, very tasty and they offer a great variety! I highly recommend reservations on the weekend. The restaurant also does great parties!

I regularly patronize the Albany Pump Station. They were one of the first microbreweries in the immediate Capital region. My favorite is their Quackenbush Blonde, but their Kick-A$$ Brown has won awards among craft breweries. Whether stopping in for a reasonable lunch or a lengthy...More

Had a nice, casual meal here with a colleague. The service was particularly good. The beer selection ran a pretty wide gamut of tastes. And we loved the burgers! Onion rings were great, too. Not health food, but there are salads on the menu, too....More

We were staying 30 miles away in Berkshires and decided to try this place in Albany - nice find. The service was decent - the gal offered to split our entrees which was a great idea. The lobster/shrimp mac and cheese was very good, the...More

We arrived on a Sat. night and it was on a 40min wait but they only seemed to be seating the bar area and the dining room off the bar. Maybe they had a private party coming but luckily we got a bar seat which...More

I have never been disappointed with the beer or the food at this establishment. My go to beer is the Hefewezien - reminiscent of my travels through Germany.

Never had one. The Pump Station has made a lot of recent changes to its menu What new things I've tried have been good, however I haven't had the bean-burger. But I will someday.

Not a private room, but two separate areas on the balcony level above the restaurant. They are sufficiently removed from the bustle of the first floor bar and dining areas that they feel quite private. Call Tim or Neil and... More
