Must try the Chicken Pot Pie! The owner makes it from scratch. Also the ice cream is not too sweet so it's perfect.

Stop in at this funky and charming shop for ice cream and a sandwich, especially the ice cream. Then walk around the village of Arroyo Seco. Seco is small town New Mexico charm at its best.

Stopped in here by chance while touring around Taos and were pleasantly surprised. There is a great selection of sandwiches. I had the portobello mushroom sandwich and it was delicious. My wife had a salad which was very good. Very friendly staff.

Had the coffee with a scoop of their ice cream dropped in it .. very good! Coffee shop feel. They do serve some food too. In a non-town .. so small it's not a town along the Taos Loop. Some interesting ice cream flavors too .. mexican chocolate, lavender.

Traveling from Carson National Forest to Ojo Caliente, quick stop for some grub. Sandwiches, cookies, soup, ice cream...friendly people and nice space.

I love ice cream, it's my favorite food group. I'm not sure what people didn't love about their ice cream, but I thought it was delicious. The town itself is small, but it has some funky shops and the owners were a lot of fun to talk to.

I stop at this place every time in the area. It has a fun staff that's very helpful. The ice cream is fantastic - all flavors I've tried have been awesome! I recently had the Huevos Guerreros, like huevos rancheros, but with tacos. It was loaded with green chilis - so delicious! I stop in for the Green Chili Cheddar... More

We stopped by the Taos Cow because it was highly recommended, but we were not impressed. We ordered coconut and peach. The coconut was good, but Blue Bell makes much better peach.

I had a large lunch, so I figured why not have a light dinner of ice cream. I tried the cinnamon chocolate with the raspberry dark chocolate. A winning combination! My dinner was made nicer by enjoying it sitting at a picnic table overlooking a stream.

The Taos Cow is the only place in Arroyo Seco that I found to eat or get refreshments. They are noted for their ice cream, but I found it to be more like frozen yogurt. The lunch menu looked interesting and reasonable.
