The restaurant is comfortable, clean, neatly arranged, and cleanliness is a priority. Not only that, the food is very varied, the food is also delicious! The taste is just right, the spices are not too overdone, and it's not bland either. The texture of the dish is also just right, not too cooked, and not too hard either. For dessert, the dessert is also complete and very local, the thing I like most is the red rice/sticky rice porridge, it's really delicious! The drinks are also varied, from cold drinks to warm drinks. Also, the service is fast, precise, agile, neat, and of course friendly. The point is, this restaurant will be suitable for those of you who want a full and traditional meal, the traditional touch is strong, from the decoration to the food, it's truly local. Worth to try!

The restaurant concept is good, I visited on holiday on December 23 2023, and it was a long weekend, it would definitely be busy anywhere. We have a waiting list of 4 more people. When the name was called (in the name of the raka) and we were already seated, we were asked to leave our seats because it turned out they had called the wrong person. Can you imagine in the afternoon, when you have sat down you are asked to go back to the queue to sit down. I also attached a photo that "repelled" us when we sat down. Actually, we were going to leave the place at that time, but we were called straight away because there was already a vacancy. Due to the wrong call, he should have been allowed to sit there. Another thing, please provide the restaurant management with education regarding reservation and seating management. It seems trivial, but the name is already familiar, so it definitely has an effect on the atmosphere. Otherwise the food is pretty good.

You must try this restaurant if you have destination to Bandung, West Java - Indonesia. I like the taste, and some of food is my favorite . Must try fried kampong chicken / ayam kampung goreng. Location in centre city andnear to many hotel.

This restaurant serves really delicious food. After our first visit there 3 years ago we make it a habit to at least dine there one time every time we are staying in Bandung for meeting friends. In all the occasions we went, we have never been disappointed! We can recommend going there to everyone!

Decided to drop by here before we (group of 7 people) heading to Train station. We had imagined to have a good meal with tasty food, but we were wrong. Cilok was hard to chew, the sayur asem was sooo sweet.

very surprise that all tables are Fully booked without people when we arrived there on 4pm.. it seemed that phone reservations. Fortunately, there was one table left.
we ate many various menus, very recomended taste of its menus with reasonable cost.
my family liked and enjoyed to eat there. their services was good also.

Was here with the whole family. 28 of us with the kids.
Food is average...wonder what the fuss is all about. Too bad... sambel is sweet, sayur asem is cold and sweet. But service is fast and friendly though.
They should serve different kind of sambel for those who do not like it sweet.
Will prefer other place to eat next time.

In terms of the food quality and taste: I rate Sambara is very good. However, in terms of Service, it is below expectation. Little bit chaotic during peak hour. When I visit, I dont think it is peak since there are still 2-3 empty tables. It is our 1st time coming to this restaurant, and no waiters coming to us to explain how to order. We ask and seems everybody is busy. It is ourselves who guess by seeing other customer, where we need to pick our own raw-food and mention our table to the order picker. You need to remember what you order, since it may not come to your table and you are still being charged. It happens to us, although being settled after we complaint.
Anyway, the food quality and taste is very good. So I am still satisfied with Sambara and may come back again next time.

The food was great, have lots of variety to choose. Two variety chili are free to take as much as you can eat. Unfortunately, the waiter hard to find from your table and my drink which is only Es Cendol is not delivered until I finished my food and I asked for it. And when ny friend asked the waiter to leave 1 book of drinks menu, he didnt listen and just take the menu from our table. So rude and unpleasent. And th3 waiter didnt clean the table until we went home.
