They boast of the best daal served and no msg but it's no way close to Indian recipes since Indian foods don't require msg for the flavour. The chapatis are nice and soft and rice is cooked well but the portions are very very small compared to anything available elsewhere. The paneer was just OK and the dal didn't taste... More

Very bad Energy . We were treated with very bad mood and bad Treatments by a lady. The food is nothing special and the prices are more expensive than they display on the facade. Ah, not to mention the hidden service fees ... I will not be back! what a pity.

We ate here for dinner one night when staying in a nearby hotel. The starters were very impressive - really liked the samosas and the pakora! The mains were also good although the curries were a bit more thin than we were expecting. Really enjoyed the meal overall.

we spotted this warung on our way back from Ubud and stopped for Dinner. Ordered Paneer Butter Masala and rotis. Rotis were good but the curry was too liquidish with few paneer pieces in there. Taste was ok as well.

Such yummy food. Great for vego/vegans (you can get them to make any of the cream based curries vegan) Really nice to sit upstairs. One of my favourite places to eat in Bali.

All food fresh cooked, vegan opzions, very delicious. We were there with kids and they did not want them to play and run around although we were the only guests and kids did not do anything rude or disturb/destroy anyone/thing. The chief woman (not the cook) was very unfriendly and we left immediately after eating.

Having some great lunch here. The curry was good although it was a bit too watery and not enough spicy, and Paneer Tikka Masala was another good taste. Try to have the seat in 2nd floor, better atmosphere there. Need to wait in a lil bit long time for the food being ready, but it was understandable since everything was... More

We travelled all over Ubud and could not find better food than the Warung Sharaswhaty. We are vegetarian and it was such a treat to find such wonderful food at terrific value. We ate there at least 6 times!

Had dinner with Family, lady there boasted while ordering "We have best Indian Food in Ubud". We ordered quite a lot, Mushroom Curry, Egg Curry, Eggplant Tomato, Dal , Soup, Chapati and Rice. Some previous poster said correctly, this who don't know Indian can eat here. Taste is some kind of Weird Indian-Fusion. The so called In house Speciality "Eggplant... More

Indian restaurant in Bali? A big YES! The owner is very welcoming and she explains that since her food is freshly made, you need to be patient. But the delicious samosas we got for the starter were enough to make us forget the time. Followed by Green peas rice Eggplant specialty of the house Paneer and tomato Chapati Yummi Sorry,... More
