We stumbled upon this Jem on our 3 night stay in Ubud and goodness were we blown away! Pasir is a new I would say modern contemporary high end food offering in Ubud at a very unpretentious reasonable price range. The ambience and experience is 10/10 as soon as you walk in and staff are very attentive. We ordered the Tomahawk which is an experience to behold in its own right, and the grilled snapper. Amazing can’t fault the good. The presentation of the Tomahawk and slicing off the bone was amazing to watch.
I highly recommend if you’re in Ubud, you will not be disappointed.

We came to this wonderful place on the recommendation of a friend and the truth is that we LOVED it!
The place is beautiful, taken care of down to the smallest detail in the decoration, music, lighting... they make you feel in a small paradise!
The meal for 10, you have the option of ordering small dishes to try and share with your partner, all exquisite!
The best thing without a doubt, the staff, our waitress, Yunni, has been charming and super attentive to us at all times!!

The food was incredible and so well priced considering the quality (coming from 2 students on a budget). The highlight though was the staff, they were so friendly and helpful and explained each dish and its ingredients with each course. Having been travelling for 3 months we both agreed this was the best food we had had so far. Cannot recommend enough! The restaurant is very well decorated and has a very smart clean atmosphere to it. 10/10!!

We read in local reviews about Pasir. The overall impression was that it is
Very noisy because of the bar next door
That service is trying their hardest, but the result is so so
The starters on the menu is really good and fair in price … skip main dish and take more

Went here for lunch with couple of friends and were simply amazed! Their octopus carpaccio and whipped feta were to die for, their staffs was attentive and the ambience was top-notch. Didnt get the chance to try their cocktail tho, but definitely would want to go back for dinner to try some of their options. Overall totally recommended!

This place is seriously exceptional, would give more that 5 stars if I could. Some of the best food and cocktails we’ve ever had, anywhere. Smoky popcorn cocktail was the drinks highlight. Food is beautifully presented and cooked and every dish we had, we loved - prawns, snapper and the bread and whipped feta were so good. And the service was also great - attentive, knowledgeable and they even deboned our fish for us at the table.

Great atmosphere, the drinks and hummus starter were the best! Very clean and the service is very attentive. The octopus was a bit chewy, but Tirta (server) explained to us thoroughly about why that might be the case given the size of the octopus, and brought us a new one. Overall, great new restaurant in Ubud! Wonderful warm lighting at night.

If you are looking for an exceptional culinary experience in Ubud, you should definitely visit Pasir. As soon as you enter the restaurant you feel enveloped by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The interior combines Balinese tradition with modern touches, creating a perfect environment to pamper the senses.
The menu is fresh, local and refined. Every element on the plate is carefully selected and perfectly matched.

The butterfly snapper was so delicious. Never eat such a fantastic menue. Also the king prawns were wonderful. Ine taste every spice.
The furniture and interiour is modern and cosy and the service always cares and keeps eye contact. It is a pleasure to eat in Pasir. And you don‘t miss anything in ubud if you eat here all the time (and I‘ve tried a lot)! Fantastic.

What to say about Pasir, it’s absolutely outstanding! Firstly the cocktails, completely divine! Really great innovative flavour combinations and executed so well that we stayed for dinner. To our amazement, dinner was every bit as good as the cocktails, and the some! We had king prawns, snapper, pumpkin, baby potatoes and whipped feta and every single dish was so flavourful and cooked to perfection. To top it all off we had excellent attentive service from Tirta who even de-boned the snapper at the table for us. She did it so expertly that we found not one single bone!
I can’t recommend Pasir more highly, it was perfection!

what a wonderful experience. my friend and I stumbled upon this place and decided to stop in for some dinner. the food was 10/10. we started off with the whipped feta and the grilled octopus. which both were so flavorful and absolutely delicious. for our mains we got pork loin, which was fantastic. the chimichurri on top was a hit. and I got the grilled snapper and honestly was the best snapper i’ve ever had hands down. had a nice buttery flavor and was out of this world. we had the sweetest server- komang agus ganteng, he was so thorough and had great recommendations when it came to food and drinks. place was also cute and vibey. I didn’t try the drinks but my friend loved the chamele. and I really enjoyed my strawberry gojiberry granita!

Food and service was amazing. The flavours of the dishes worked so well together, we shared the baby octopus, snapper and poached pear for dessert. Also cater very well for coeliacs - majority of the menu is gluten free.

Gorgeous little restaurant that is beautifully decorated and serves exquisite Mediterranean food. The food really was quite special, with well thought out flavours and sophisticated presentation. The ambiance was intimate, comfortable and welcoming.
It was the staff that took the experience to the next level for us. All were attentive and helpful, appearing right when we needed something without being intrusive. They were knowledgeable about the food and explained each course as they presented the plate. We felt really well looked after and appreciated the exceptional service.

Like octopus??
This restaurant is clean , polite and most of all yummy.
Tirta was server and she brought me incredible baked oysters prepared 2ways and octopus that literally was carved thin and served with a most unusual cracker. Both spectacular
