Had the pleasure of visiting Belle Wine Bar with some friends the other night… what a local gem! The service was incredible and so knowledgeable and the wine list was extensive, featuring options from around the world, including some delicious Balinese wines that I highly recommend trying. We ordered a cheese board, a charcuterie board, and a crudité platter with a vegan cheese dip that was sooooo good… seriously, who knew vegan cheese could taste that good. Everything was sourced locally and the presentation was super beautiful.
Definitely one of my new favorite spots in Ubud, Definitely recommend visiting. Big thank you to everyone who made the night so special! Xoxo

Stopped by to see a friend and was really impressed with the wine selection, cheese offering and the welcoming staff and service. We were greeted by the owners who took the time to chat with us about the concept and recommended wines and cheese boards. As a former New Yorker, finding this special place in the heart of Ubud was a much needed and comforting feeling. I highly recommend Belle Wine Bar & Grazing Boards for wine lovers and those looking for a relaxed, casual time.

“A Hidden Gem for Wine Lovers in Ubud”
We’ve visited Bell Wine Bar near the Monkey Forest a few times now, and it never disappoints! It’s such a treat to find exceptional wines at genuinely reasonable prices, which is quite rare in Bali. The selection is always unique, and they seem to consistently have something truly special to enjoy.
The grazing boards are spot on—perfect for sharing and a great way to start the evening before heading to one of the nearby restaurants.
The staff are fantastic—friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. And the French owner? He has a knack for recommending exactly what we’re in the mood for every time.
If you’re in Ubud and appreciate quality wine and great service, Bell Wine Bar is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

The bread board was good but small. The cheese board was small and one of the two cheeses tasted bad. The dipping board had a good cashew cheese but other than that was pretty bland. The glass of wine may have been the smallest pour I think I’ve ever received at a restaurant and was not a good value based on price. Very disappointing overall.

This is the place to come regardless if you’re an expat or just visiting. Having just moved here this is the perfect place to come if you want some thoughtfully selected wine and small bites. It’s a nice change of pace from all the from other bars in the area.

From the moment we stepped into Belle Wine Bar, it was clear we were in for a treat. The atmosphere is cozy yet elegant, perfect for a relaxed evening out. We had an absolutely delicious wine, which was expertly recommended by the knowledgeable staff. But the real star of the evening was the cheese board. It was impeccably curated, featuring a harmonious selection of cheeses that were both bold and subtle, perfectly complementing the wine.
The quality of the food and drink here truly sets Belle Wine Bar apart as the best wine bar in Bali. Whether you’re a wine aficionado or just looking for a delightful spot to unwind, Belle Wine Bar is the place to go. The service is top-notch, the ambiance is inviting, and the grazing boards are a culinary journey not to be missed. Highly recommended for an unforgettable experience!

Popped into Belle Wine Bar for a quick glass of wine and couldn’t help but stay much longer. We were greeted by Norh-man who could not do enough to make sure we were satisfied, suggesting different options from the extensive menu and offering us tasters and recommendations. A great selection of wines, including very tasty local options. The staff are all extremely attentive, providing a welcoming social atmosphere in a modern and comfortable setting. 100% worth a trip in and put the feet up with a glass in hand.

This place is a real jem đź’Ž I had an amazing evening there filled with lots of laughs, the wine list is perfect and the food is top quality. Every detail even down to the bathroom and fresh flowers have been thought of. The owner is so warm and welcoming and that honestly flows through the entire business -the food, the drinks, how appreciated his staff are by him and the customers. Well done đź‘Ź and thankyou for making such a beautiful space in Ubud, this has been a highlight!

I went to Belle last weekend after a friend had raved about it and I loved it! Not only Ubud, but Bali overall has needed a spot like this! Right in the heart of Ubud center on Monkey Forest Road, the space is very cozy and charming and super-easy to get on your feet after a day of shopping around town. The wine list is huge and very diverse and curated by the lovely French owner and former restauranteur. There's something for every palette for sure! My friend and I ordered both the vegan and regular cheese and dips boards to snack on along with our wine and they were delicious! The sweet Balinese staff were very tentative and knowledgeable about the menu and helped us to decide on which delicious boards we wanted. We were supposed to go to dinner but ended up just staying at Belle and enjoying the lovely crowd and atmosphere.

Belle is what was missing in Ubud: a real wine bar! The selection of the wines is very sharp and at the same time, you have good range of prices. Norman, the boss, is there to advise you in case you need. The staff is friendly and they know how to serve the wine.
The atmosphere is very chill or festive and you will feel like at home.
Don’t miss the food, it’s very good: cold cut and burrata, and other traditional European dishes twisted with some beautiful Balinese touch.
Don’t miss this gem in the center of Ubud!

Me and my girlfriend ate here for our first night in Ubud.
The food was lovely, we shared a charcuterie board and sampled some wine flights each which were all amazing.
The service was lovely from the staff and very fast, we even had to order a glass more and some more food after this.
The owner I believe, Norhman, asked us how our food was and ensured everything was tiptop, he even discussed some Ubud recommendations with us for our trip which we will definitely pursue.
Would highly recommend.

This is such a lovely wine bar and there aren’t many in Bali so if you enjoy wine this is your place! The owners are kind and welcoming and the offer grazing boards to snack on (vegan versions available too) that are perfect for a light dinner. All in all you can start your night there, end it there or stay the whole evening!

Had a fantastic time at this gorgeous Wine Bar in Ubud. We had beautiful red wine, cheese boards, grazing boards and crostinis and it was all delicious and beautifully presented. They have a wide selection of imported wine and do wine tasting with wine flights with cheese. The wine bar has a chic French feel mixed with relaxed Bali vibe, the perfect setting for a date night or with a small group of friends. We definitely will be returning again!

Belle is a beautiful and elegant wine bar, a cool reprieve from the busy streets of Ubud. With an outstanding wine selection and impeccable service, your host Norman and hi supporting team are an absolute delight. Sometimes all you want and need is a fantastic cheeseboard and a few glasses of wine and Belle does this exceptionally. I have visited twice so far and each experience has been thoroughly enjoyable, made so primarily by the owners Brooke and Norh-Man who were lovely, friendly, and extremely welcoming. On my second visit I was by myself and Norh-Man came over and shared a glass of wine with me and let me sample some cheese which was a lovely endearing touch. Do not miss this gorgeous wine bar with a beautifully curated wine list and a 10/10 atmosphere. Already planning a third visit.
