Serene cafe with nice healthy food. Lots of yogis go here as it's just across the road from Radiantly Alive yoga studio. Coffee was good, but I would like to see more meat options on the menu to cater for the other 90% of the population. A premium price is paid for eating healthy here, which in reality in a... More

I first tried Bali Buda as a home delivery at a Villa I was staying at. I ordered Tacos, not expecting much (mexican style food home delivered in Ubud didn't create high expectations)..but they were the best Tacos I've ever had in my life! I ended up ordering the Tacos on a few occassions. On visiting the restaurant, I was... More

I am currently on an autoimmune paleo diet and have difficulty finding food to meet my dietary restrictions. Bali Buda has everything you need to suit your diet! I ordered the pizza with a rice crust and also the zucchini spaghetti. Everything was delicious!

I've been to Bali Buda in the past and wasn't impressed but this time around was different. The food was good but our group of ten had to sit at three different tables. Not too much of a problem though. I had the Mediterranean platter and it didn't disappoint. Our desserts were really great too. Perhaps the best find of... More

Bali Budha is Indonesian energy education breakfast to dinner mind and body. Peace embedded healing food with comfort pizza should you need. We lived there for a week. Romantic and practical inspiration. Not expensive, staff are very caring. Suksoma Mowali (sic)

This place offers salad and that is a hard to find commodity. Organic food and good service and selection.

This place already has a reputation and a lot of people see it as an essential place to visit. We popped in for a late lunch for six of us, including two kids. The restaurant area is covered but open to the air on one side - a great use of the space. I found it cool and comfortable. The... More

We went to Bali buda cause we had read good words about it in blogs and travel guides. When we got there for lunch we went upstairs to a simple place, calm amd relaxed. From what i understood this place is all about healthy food and vitamins. We had too dishes a salad and juices. My first surprise was that... More

Sounds like all went well and was good. Good to hear! We aren't the one's making a fuss about anything, but hey, people like us! We walk our talk, try to be a little better each day and definitely don't try to "keep up with the Jones". Best thing is our ethics. I promise you wont find a handful of... More

Did not go to the restaurant, but visited the shop a few times. They have a nice selection of baked goods (savoury and sweet), veggies, fruit, kombucha (try the green tea and the rosella ones), water kefir, yogurts, dips, etc. The prices on the local products were reasonable too. The staff always friendly.

Great little grocery store with some nice baked goods, but the restaurant is sadly disappointing and overpriced. maybe years ago it may have been good when there weren't that many other options in Ubud, but these days you can do much, much better than BB. this place could (and should) be a great little restaurant, but I have to say...
