The food was value for money. Tasted great and was as cheap as chips. The staff are very friendly and accomodating. Nothing was too much for them.

The night was uncomfortable as there were no fans to move the air around, hot lighting and smelly incense. Average food. Only convenient as it was near our villa.

Nice small family owned restaurant. Mama Putu came to greet us everytime we came by. Both the food and the service is really good. Their satay is served on a small table grill with everything homemade and every single item on the menu is worth trying.

Mama Putu is way past the Mercure - you almost feel like you are sitting at the edge of a forest. It was the closest restaurant to our Villa, and I want it to be good as it is handy to have somewhere within easy walking distance for cheap eats and a drink occasionally. Much like the food - I... Every night we have gone to a different restrarant each night but this was the 1st one we said we will come back, and last night we did, and both the food and service was as good as the 1st time. We shall certainly come back a 3rd time before we leave Sanur next week

The food is great and truly Indonesian. Even my 5 year old daughter who is a picky eater loved eating here. The food is adequately priced too, During our stay in Sanur... More

Mama Putu was a short stroll from my accommodation and, being solo, became a regular haunt for meals. Both Indonesian and Western food are offered but would recommend both Ayam Satay and the whole Snapper. The costs are well below others and the service is first rate.

Be sure to try lunch or dinner at Mama Putus. A great menu covering both Western and Balinese food. Mama Putu herself is a very friendly host who's always up for a chat. Bike hire also available from IDR20000/Day.
